Always go in and get what I need. Wont break the bank. Its a tool, eventually its gonna break or your gonna lose it or loan it out. No need for the high dollar stuff.

Outstanding service, the staff is knowledgeable, they greet you and will assist you with finding or recommending items and they help you load your purchases. Oh the prices are great too!!

I love going to harbor freight, the only thing that I dont like is not having enough time to look at everything. But if I had the money, I would buy everything. LolHighly recommend

Not that memorable if it was noteworthy at all....I do recall looking for fix a flat for about 30 mins before having to ask the manager if they even carried the product...

Have been here multiple times, and love the layout, its never too packed, and Ive never seen absurd numbers of out of stock items. The employees are friendly and helpful. By far a great harbor freight store.

Brand new store! Whats not to like at Harbor Freight? Staff seemed knowledgeable, polite and friendly. A fine young man delivered my purchase to my vehicle for me. Good products for the price. I bought an air compressor to use with my air tools after my Bostitch gave up the ghost after many years of faithful service. I hope this one lasts just as long as my recently deceased compressor 😢

Love Harbor Freight! Great store for the DIYer, they have a wide selection of tools, both hand and power tools, at a fraction of the cost that the other hardware stores charge, and the customer service is wonderful.This is one of my favorite stores in town.

This is a fairly new Harbor Freight store. Its nice, well lit, clean and unlike other Harbor Freight stores an employee greeted us and asked if we needed any help.

Harbor Freight Tools sold me a defective paint sprayer, and then upon trying to return it, they charged me a 54 dollar fee because I could have used it for the whole job, just to return it afterwards.I told them to test it out and if it worked right, they could justify the charge. The worker literally turned his back and refused to talk to me any further.His manager came and told me I could take it up with corporate and that I had to move so he could move the line.#dontbuyharborfreight

Really cheap prices. I bought a well pump there for 140 dollars. Five years later, its still running!

Kind, friendly, excellent staff and service!!! We will definitely be back!! Normally, we drive to Texarkana to visit Harbor Freight and have driven a couple times to Shreveport. We LOVE shopping there!! Great prices and many options regarding merchandise!!

Great prices friendly staff

This will be a one star rating only because it forces me to pick at least one star. We bought the Predator chipper shredder with 212cc engine. Took product home, unboxed it, put on wheels and handles. Everything else came from factory ready to run. Read the manual, added oil & gas as instructed. Engine would never crank. After having two mechanics to try to get it cranked, we decided it was best to return product to store. Upon arrival at store, we learned that we had to pay $51 restocking fee. This product was faulty from the manufacture & at no fault of ours. The manager gave me the excuse of, you unboxed it. Then manager says they have to send back to manufacture.Why are we paying a restocking fee for a product that wasn’t never going to operate? We are also out taxes and two trips (4 hrs) of drive time. I will never shop at Harbor Freight again!!

Its a Harbor Freight, so what you would expect for selection and prices. Customer service was okay. My biggest problem was the HUGE pothole pulling into the parking lot that scratched my cars fender it was so deep! Be very careful pulling in, and use entrance that isnt on Hillsboro if possible.

The store has excellent customer service store clean and you will find everything in order.great deal and well stock.
