This is actually my 2nd one star review for this FedEx location. I’m currently pregnant and I’m due any day now. That being said I ordered something I needed to get here before baby does so I paid $15 for a faster shipping. Too bad I didn’t check to see who they used for shipments. Long story short, due today but at 2 something this afternoon it was delayed after I apparently requested a later delivery date. So they aren’t only incompetent and lazy but also liars. So here’s to hoping baby holds off until after Tuesday and that they’ll actually deliver it then.

I currently have a package on the truck that I have been waiting for a week. I have called every day for the past three days to be told it will be delivered by the end of the day. Today I called and was told Tuesday. This is not the first time my package(s) have showed to be in El Dorado for days out for delivery. Some items perishable arriving ruined as these companies send them out to be delivered w/n the allotted time frame. One of the few times my package was delivered on time it was destroyed. I was there upon delivery and specifically asked to be extra careful as it was fragile as stated on the box. The delivery person just tossed it resulting in a broken mirror. I have had packages lost, delivered ridiculously late, damaged, & have received horrid customer service. I wish I could give - stars. This is coming from a person who never writes a negative review. I always take it up with the company as I understand mistakes, etc. happen. The delivery & customer “service” I have received from FedEx is beyond unacceptable.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was supposed to receive a package on Sept 10th. My husband was at home all day and no one ever showed up. Then I get a message saying FedEx tried to drop off the package but no one was home, which is a complete lie. Then I stay home all day on Sept 11th waiting on a package to show up. Still no one shows up. I call customer service 3 times searching for my package. The first person tells me they have contacted the delivery driver and they are on the way. I call for the second time around 8:30. They give me the run around saying that all FedEx locations are working nonstop to get packages out and that it will be delivered the next day, which isnt correct because tomorrow is Sunday and FedEx is closed. I decided to call again around 9 and finally get someone competent. He tells me be will start an investigation of my package because it should have arrived today. I have no idea where my almost $300 package is or if it will even be delivered. I pray I never have another package go through FedEx in Eldorado or any other location!

Had a package delivered to my home today. Was supposed to receive another package from a different vendor. My husband spoke to the FedEx driver and asked was this the only package for us. He stated yes. A few minutes later it shows that my other package had been delivered earlier this morning, but not to me. Tried to call to let someone know, never could get passed the automated system to let me speak to an actual person!!! So frustrating!!!

I can’t even give this company 1 star. Service is terrible. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They never even sent it out on the truck. Who’s going to pay for the melted Scentsy wax. It’s still sitting there and they are closed Monday.

Says that they came to my house to deliver my packages and no one was home but they were lying. I have a relative that’s ALWAYS home. I absolutely do not advise anyone to use them.

I have home security Eldorado FedEx lied about deliver my package said it wasnt any where to put it. I checked footage. Never came. Worse FedEx in the country

This FedEx location has the worst service. I wish I could request a different service like UPS because this FedEx location never deliver one time.

I have had a package that has been on the truck for 8 days according to tracking. It says delivery exception due to weather (no bad weather), invalid street address, delivery not attempted and then repeats. When I order something and see it is coming Fed Ex, I know it wont come easily. The company that shipped is doing a trace on the package but i needed it last week. I do not recommend Fed Ex or their drivers.

I paid $30 for shipping to get it here and it’s 3 days late. I can’t speak to an actual person because the computer won’t send me to one. I have more problems with fedex than I do with usps or UPS. This is ridiculous. FedEx and count me out on ever using their service again. Very unreliable and not very good at communicating. Wish I could give less than a star.

Cant ship qr code stuff from fedex here. Friendly enough people but unhelpful.

The driver was too scared to get out of the truck bc he didn’t know where our dog was, he was inside and has never barked at that man, so he repeatedly honked until we came outside, and still would not get out of the truck. This also happened during the middle of hunting season so it scared the deer my sister was watching. If you are going to be a delivery driver, don’t be afraid of dogs. Kinda something you deal with daily.

I dont know the name of the delivery guy that has been coming the last few times but he was so friendly & courteous! Even kept my packages out if the rain. Much appreciated!

Absolutely useless. These people cannot deliver anything on time if at all. Totally incompetent. I’m surprised they can find their own address at the end of the day. A message in a bottle thrown into the ocean has a better chance of finding its destination

My packages are never on time. My last one has been on the truck for delivery for three days and still isn’t at my house.

My address is not on gps all I ask is the driver call me when their in the area so I can give directions. Simple right but not for them I get a text wrong address correct your address and my package is not delivered very aggravating!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY horrible service at this location! Tracking showed delivery by end of business day on a Tuesday. No show. Rechecked tracking, showed no delivery attempted with no excuse and showed a new delivery promise of Wednesday. No show again! Checked tracking again, showed undeliverable due to weather (it was in the 70s and sunny). New promise of Thursday. You guessed it, no show again on Thursday! No delivery attempt made message again, with Friday promise. Friday morning I called 800 number. Got main office, they wouldnt give me a number to call El Dorado ship center, but said they would contact them and have them call me. Supervisor at El Dorado called me a few minutes later and said he would personally see that it was delivered by the end of that day, so I would have for weekend. He said he didnt understand why it had not been delivered or attempted and agreed that weather was no factor, but said he would look into it. Never heard anymore from them. Package was finally delivered late that afternoon.

My deliveries go next door to my daughter’s house instead of delivering them to me, I am on oxygen. I have been waiting on this item since the 6th...... with one excuse after another., so I just sit and wait ...... Not happy at all with the service right now ..... 😡

The Fedex driver hit our gate badly and ran. He thought he can get away from it. How stupid and irresponsible he is. I called their customer service and couldnt get help from them at all.

I ordered an Apple Watch, requested next day delivery. The package shipped from California to Dallas (a thousand mile trip btw) and both destinations were time stamped within hours of each other. From Dallas it went to Shreveport LA at 5:04 am which is 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home. That was the last time any activity was recorded. I called customer support and a trace was put out on it. I was called back by the trace expert and told I would get my package the next morning before 10:30. Ive checked this morning and activity still shows it is in Shreveport with the same time stamp of 5:04 am. Nobody can tell me where it is, why I was promised delivery the next morning, or if the whole experience is a horrible dream. What I want to know is why Is FedEx allowed to rob people by taking their money and guaranteeing next day delivery when its not gonna happen. Ive used UPS 99% of times before when ordering online and Ive NEVER had a late delivery. Hell, the USPS has better service than these idiots!! Its completely ridiculous...I could have driven to Cupertino and picked up a watch at Apple headquarters quicker than FedEx can fly a box somewhere. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW TO USE THEM EITHER.

Terrible. Ordered something was expecting it for our Anniversary. I saw where they said it had arrived in ElDorado and out for delivery. Next thing I see they were unable to deliver business was not open or no one home..two days in a row!!. BS!!! I stayed home waiting on delivery. No tab left on door nothing!!Call and can only talk to corporate phone line. No local people. So now I will have to drive to Eldorado to try and pick up Anniversary gift that was not here on mine and my wifes Anniversary!! 😡😡 Thanks for nothing FedEx!!

Packages are never on time. Always late. Weather delay is always an excuse. Even if it is a warm sunny day. Customer service is terrible. Call and ask about a package and they will refuse to deliver. If you pay high dollar for something to be overnighted you expect it the next day. The latest package has been a week and we havent seen it yet. I never complain but am fed up with these people. This has been going on for 3 years at least.

For some reason Fed Ex CAN NOT seem to deliver on time where we live. They write delivery exceptions that are not true as an explanation!! Yes, we are home & waiting for pkg all 3 days!! or NO it was not bad weather!! Excuse after false excuse!! This has happened multiple times. I will be using UPS; they are always on time!!

I hate to even give these people one star. There must be nothing but dumba**es working there who deliver to Warren because they can’t read house numbers. Every shipment I get is left at someone else’s house. It’s getting to be very frustrating and I’d love to know who my delivery person is so I could let them know that they can call UPS for help finding my house next time if they need it.

We never get our packets when they arrive at this FedEx unless its on a Friday. We get the notification that it is out then it never arrives. We check the status again and it is always back at the FedEx location. This is over and over throughout the week until Friday. Doesnt matter if we pay for 2 day shipping or anything, the driver that drives our rout just refuses to deliver to us. So sick of this.

My package arrived Wednesday morning in El Dorado. It showed as being Delivered Wednesday. Then it said it would be delivered Thursday. I tore apart my old desk expecting the package and then there was an exception and now it wont come until Friday! Meanwhile, I see a UPS truck drive past my house at 5:30 PM! I bet they did not mark an exception on all their deliveries because of a little rain! I guess FedEx does not believe in the motto of nor rain, nor snow, nor sleet, etc...

Paid for 2-day Fedex delivery. It was delivered to this facility. But since they couldn’t get it to me in 2 days, THEY decided to “Hold for Pickup” AT their location!!! Not 1 of my orders, but TWO orders! I live 65 miles from this facility.I will be contacting Fedex headquarters!

Every time a company says they use FedEx I cringe!! Once again my package is marked delivered to front porch and once again I do not have any package on my porch or any where close to it .. lost again the El Dorado Arkansas FedEx drivers are completely inept and incapable of delivering a package to the right address customer service representatives are as helpful as the drivers are reliable .. its shameful!

Half of this review is for FedEx as a whole. I was scheduled to receive a package on a Friday. This is my off week from work, so that was no big deal. Package apparently arrived at 9AM but needed a signature?? Why must I sign for it? I was here but they must have knocked on the door, because I would have heard the doorbell for sure. But apparently knocking can be heard through every wall of every house. So I go to this place to see if I can just pick it up. Guy that works at the desk told me that since my package was being delivered through FedEx Ground, apparently theres a difference, I would have to go to Commerce Drive to pick it up. I arrive at Commerce Drive and see that this place looks like a military base with no way to get in without a work ID. So I contact FedEx and ask them if I can even go to this facility to pick up a package, they said that FedEx Ground facilities *are not able to let you pick up a package*. So basically this guy sent me on a wild goose hunt with no actual goose. Now I have to wait 2 days and take off work Monday so I can make sure that I am home to get my package that is so important I have to sign for it. The guy at the desk at this location needs to be fired. He is rude and offers no valuable information. Never using FedEx again.

Package was in El Dorado to be delivered in Magnolia, then they showed on their tracking that it was sent to New Jersey. The weird part was it said it made it from.El dorado to New Jersey in an hour and a half??? It was 50 miles from my house, why was it sent to New Jersey to begin with?? They desperately need new management.

Ridiculous. Went there to ship a package and he wouldnt print label for me. Had to go to the public library. Girl there forwarded my email to herself then printed my label. Fed x could have done that.

I have a package on a FedEx truck for the 3rd time and shipping/tracking info now tells me that it wont be delivered until the 27th! This is totally unacceptable!!!!!
