WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! If I could give negative starts I would!!!!I have shopped at dozens of walgreens, been to several of their pharmacies in different states and this one is by far ABSOLUTELY THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I was in line at the drive thru before the pharmacy closed at 6pm and to my surprise once it hit 6pm they just ignored me and the two cars ahead of me and closed! NEVER in all the pharmacies I have ever been to have I ever seen or heard of them just IGNORING CUSTOMERS and not clearing out their line before they leave for the day! I have worked in customer service and retail for 13 years and this is never a valid practice. You ALWAYS have to clear your line before you leave your register. When I went in and asked why the pharmacy was closed while there were still people in line waiting to be served one of the workers told me they have to close at 6pm. I said, even when there were still people in line? And she said YES! I couldnt belive it!! So this walgreens pharmacy will literally IGNORE you and TURN YOU AWAY once 6pm rolls around, Even if you are in line before 6pm waiting to be served. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I will never spend another penny in this store! Whoever is running this store needs to learn what customer service means.

Vivian from Pharmacy is super rude! I called today to get help with my prescription. She first of all she acted like I didnt get a certain prescription that I have been getting from them for 5 years now. I asked about picking up my prescription from them this weekend and apparently they not only changed their hours to 9am to 6pm they are also not open on weekends! I work form 9am to 6pm in Scottsdale. I asked for her help to let me know which Walgreens had weekend hours and instead of offering to look into this for me she said in a short snotty tone we are all different hours you will need to look it up yourself! Unbelievable! She acted like I was a nuisance! At this point even though I have been a customer of Walgreens for 20 plus years I am going elsewhere for my pharmacy needs!

This is a review for Walgreens @ 12244 W Cactus Rd, El Mirage, AZ 85335. Im visiting from out of town and this is close to the house, so Ive used this pharmacy for several months. Its the worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. Every script has a issue. Always waiting for days for meds, always insurance hang ups. Do yourself a favor and Go to another location with more stars or a CVS location with 4+ stars. Nothing but headaches here.

The pharmacy here is so horrible since the new manager took over! My rx are never filled when they say they will be ready! Also I’ve even got the wrong medicine and all the manager did was change it and say sorry but they definitely weren’t sympathetic to what they did! I was beyond mad and changed all my rx immediately after that happened! Just so I’m clear it’s for my special needs son who needs special rx because of allergic reactions to other brands! I can’t express enough that you should check your rx right in front of them to make sure you get what you are suppose to receive!

Went to this location for a second vaccination. Did some shopping while there are many shelves somewhat empty. But during these times to be expected

Certain staff members are RUDE.I went in to buy some allergy pills completely forgot my mask, well they wouldnt let me shop but they did let another costumer walk in with no mask. We are human and there are times of emergency when you run out of the house and forget your mask. All I am saying Walgreens needs to reestablish their COVID-19 policy and procedures as it obviously applies to their staff preference and likes. As a pharmacy you should provide mask just like every other pharmacies in El Mirage offers for situation when someoneforgets it.

I must say, the pharmacy manager, Cindy is the single most amazing pharmacist out there. she is caring, compassionate, and always goes the extra mile for her patients.

This Walgreens is the most busiest store, I have ever seen in Arizona! When I have questions about my medication the employees in the Pharmacy department are very helpful. In particular, one employee named Micaela is a very nice young lady, she has been the most helpful and professional she deserves a raise! The volume of people compared to employees is very lopsided. Corporate needs to either raise the pay of employees like Micaela or hire more employees!

I had gone last night to my local Walgreens looking for milk and they were out. I just reached the cashier when the lady in front of me asked the cashier if they had anymore so she called the back of the store and they had just received a large shipment!! I was told about 10 minutes before they would have it stocked in the cooler and let me tell you it was less than ten minutes the manager brought the plastic baskets on a dolly and stopped right at me and he personally handled the gallons of milk to me I just couldnt thank them enough for being there for me and my family working as hard as they do and always with a big friendly smile every time I am saying.Thank you Walgreens for your small town friendliness

The staff at this Walgreens is sadly very rude. When it gets closer to the pharmacy closing and the drive-through they get super lazy and if they need to contact the insurance forget about it they will just make you pay out of pocket. Sadly it is our home Pharmacy and convenient for our drive but again the staff and the females at the pharmacy portion are completely rude and ignorant. I had to pay out of pocket for a prescription that they could have easily called the insurance and settled it but they decided to just cash in and go home. Super poor customer service. We have double coverage on policies and they decided just still charge without even bothering in confirming or calling prescriptions into insurance

This store has posted Senior Only shopping from 8am - 9am on Tuesdays. Dont bother. I was there this morning. Six people waiting for doors to open, two were definitely not seniors.Didnt matter ... There was ZERO toilet paper, hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, etc, etc. The store had not been restocked from the prior evening.

Micaela in the pharmacy is excellent, never any issues with my meds and always goes above and beyond for the customers. I wish I could say the same about all the other Walgreens in town but I can’t!

Walgreens is full of bs, says online this location is setup for covid 19 testing but it’s not, as in matter of fact I don’t think any of them are! I called almost all Walgreens and none know anything about it except guiding me to a website, which actually says the El Mirage location has drive through testing but it’s not true, I called and also went to location to find out no such thing exist. This company is false advertising they have something that they clearly do NOT have. I filled out the online questionnaire about qualifying for the test, I selected my symptoms: fever, coughing, fatigue, coughing is worsening, but at the end there was a message to see my doctor for testing. What?! STOP wasting people’s time and giving them false hope! STOP lying that you’re offering something you don’t!

This will be my 3rd time coming in past 2 months with a problem. I used to always come here because of the wonderful sales for the past almost 8 years!! But lately the staff is less helpful and seem like they have a problem when you ask for help. Checkout time is bad. Coupons dont work half the time and need to wait a while for voids. I understand its out of staff control but I specifically ask certain questions before I check out while Im in the isles to avoid problems and checkout. Yet, I was misinformed

No one seems to know how to provide instructions under the Wuhan virus to get tested. They just transferred me over and over and over but no one picked up. The news said this Walgreens was going to be performing test but they said it was the one on Greenway El Mirage which is actually closed! Talk about being lost!

Just ended another military tour of 4 states, & was skeptical of any pharmacy as they all are problematic per usual, but not Cactus Rd. El Mirage AZ Walgreens- THANK YOU I NEED TO SHOUT THANK YOU AS YOU FOLKS HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME AS A PATIENT & A PERSON! When a nearby Urgent Care sent my Rx to the wrong place, this staff fixed it in no time! When a Dr. made a mistake and rushed giving me no time or ability to fix their mistakes leaving me in a jam and in need of medication for an infection, this staff came through in a pinch! There is so much more they have helped me with quickly & kindly- I find the negative reviews are not true at all. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I know that you folks truly dont get paid what you are worth at all as I was a Med. Assistant in the Military & have seen state pharm. workers pay rates, but I want to say thank you and speak the truth about how helpful and GREAT you folks really are and its been a whole year! (I used to get most of my Rxs from the Military Base, but now when they mess up or are shut down, I go to THIS Walgreens!). THANK YOU PHARMACY STAFF YOU ARE WONDERFUL AND APPRECIATED!

How is it, store employees can purchase paper towels and toiet paper before the store even opens ? Yet i actually need them

They wont sell alcohol or cigarettes to you if you are not American! What??????? Had drivers license and valid Canadian Passport, they said they can not sell these products to anyone who is not American! So left the the rest of the needed items at the till, since they could not sell me the alcohol or cigarettes. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted the other items....ummmm no thanks! Will be sure to let all Canadians and other non Americans know of this atrocious business practice. I guess they dont care for our business....after all, only about 1,000,000 Canadians visit Arizona each year. Im sure Walmart, Frys etc. will appreciate all of your lost sales! Good Bye Walgreens!

This is by far the worst Walgreens. The pharmacy is not only lazy but unprofessional. Dont expect your prescription to be ready in a timely manner or when they tell you itll be ready. The cashiers up front are unprofessional as well. Gabbing to one another while ringing on the register.

A lady by tha name of Susan has the worst customer skills, I waited in line behind a guy for 10 minutes who was flirting with her or knew her from before. When my turn came the line was obviously really long and since I wanted to use coupons she made a disturbed face and aske if she could ring the others behind me instead.

I want to start this by saying I have never written a review before ether positive or negative. but tonight the pharmacist was so poorly trained in customer service that I will write my first review. I have the flu just found out at an urgent care less then an hour before getting to the pharmacy I walk in and walk up to the counter there is no customers at the counter I present my script and he says to me can we fill this in the morning we are closing in 20 mins. mind u the store is not closing its open for 3 more hours. I feeling like crap I dont want to argue with the guy I give him a look of really man your going to hold back some ones meds so u can go home on time. he wants for my response after 30 secs of silence I say what ever as I just want to go home myself crawl into bed and try to forget that Xmas is 3 days away which I will now be missing because of the flu. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If anyone reads this I hope u never get treated like I was.

Been going there for months now. Without a problem and getting everything I need. Till today I went for my regular claritin d it rang up and then I went to pay for it and it kicked it out. The pharmacist told me that the system was down and to try again later. I just went to Walmart to get my claritin d.

I always get great customer service theyre always really good to help with anything or exchange makeup you dont like the pharmacy is a little expensive in comparison to others just depends I guess but I really love our Walgreens dont know what would do without it
