I talk to Laura on the phone and informed her that I needed a couch she was able to make my mother-in-law and I an appointment the same day to come see some couches. Laura was very professional and has a very clean warehouse. We ended up buying 2 couches from her and got great prices on them with next day delivery. Laura was very informative and knew her stuff. The quality of products here is the same as big box stores but a fraction of the cost.The service is above and beyond as well. I guess it isnt a surise since there is no sales staff. You deal directly with the owners which is probably why they can give such killer deals. We went in for a full size bed for our 11 yr old. We ended up buying one for his brother as well and still spent what we were looking at for 1 bed at Ashleys or Matress Firm.We will be back soon for an adjustable frame for our bed soon as well. We looked at ones with the same features at Living Spaces and they are several hundreds less here too!
