Updated:I wrote my original review 2 years ago. It said, Fast friendly service, great prices. with 5 stars.I think this place is under new management or ownership now. I dont even think its called F & J Water anymore. The receipt I got texted to me last time had some different name on it. Either way, Ive been going there for years and it was always a pleasant experience. The past few times - not so much. Theres always a group of Hispanic women taking up the few tables and chairs they have by the door. I assume theyre family since they range in age from very young to very old. The woman behind the counter sits with them and they all just stare at me sputtering in Spanish the whole time Im filling my jugs up. They dont smile, or wave, or nod . . . they just watch. Its awkward. When I finish one of them will go around to the register while the rest continue staring. She doesnt smile or say a word, not even a thank you. I leave feeling like I just intruded on a family get together in a foreign country. Definitely not the Friendly service it used to be. Oh well, nothing lasts forever.
