Jacqueline was the rep who helped me and she was great very outgoing kind and helpful, she definitely deserves a raise for the way she went above and beyond, Id recommend this store to more people and will go back when Im looking for an upgrade and will have more business in the future just because of her and her customer service skills, thank you have a great day.

John was my sales rep and he was awesome. He was outgoing, fun, knowledgeable and very helpful. I think it was the district manager who brought my phone from another store and he was very customer oriented. He made sure I had a case and screen protector before I left. Typical phone/accessory store.

Prices are good on there phones and service. But there other stuff is really expensive

Just tried to purchase an Apple Iphone 7plus. Sales rep told us that we MUST purchase the phone with a case. This added up to over $525. Dont bother going to this store, there are other stores that do not require you to purchase a case.

I had to call Cricket store and let them know that they were violating company policy.
