Just had a baby shower for my son and his girlfriend and I needed a balloon arch. I shopped around and everyone was so pricey. I found Az party central and they were amazing! The prices were great, when I showed them what I wanted they definitely delivered it turned out beautiful and it was the talk of the party! Thank you Az party central for coming through for my sons baby shower! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

During this Covid 19 Pandemic, everything is different, including how we are celebrating the holidays. In order to stay safe in our limited Thanksgiving gathering, we decided to eat outside, thus we rented a patio heater from AZ Party Central in El Mirage. Lucy assisted us in getting the heater and arranging return. She was thorough and patient with my on again off again decisions. Her staff was as kind and thoughtful as she was helping us load and unload. I will definitely utilize their services next time.

Oh my goodness this is the best place to get pinatas made I asked for chucky and I got more than I expected they are amazing Ill be getting my pinatas here from now on try AMAZING JOB love it my grandson was happy 👍

We recently had to pull together a wedding on our property the last minute and Lucy did an amazing job of putting together everything thing we needed for our spect day! The equipment was really nice and well taken care of and mostly everything was new. Jorge did an amazing job helping layout all of the tents, tables, chairs and dance floor. They even went the extra mile and added a few extra things and didn’t charge us! Outstanding equipment, service and a pleasure to work. I will definitely work with them again.

My sister and I rented a bouncer from them for my niece, her daughter. Due to the weather, we couldn’t receive the bouncer as scheduled. We went to the store to figure out arrangements, we just simply asked the worker, since we couldn’t get the bouncer at it scheduled time. If we could have it 2 hours longer. The worker became very aggressive with us, and told us that couldn’t be possible. Than she accused us for not calling her in time, when we had till 2pm, mind u we were there at 2pm. We simply asked for a refund since it was my niece’s birthday that day, and she wasn’t willing to work with us. Than she proceeded to yell at my sister and I. We planned this for 2 weeks, and for them not to work with us, just devastated us. We are single moms, just trying to celebrate a niece/daughters birthday. I feel robbed of this day that should have been a day of celebration. I will never give them business, also funny thing we had been doing business with them for 4 years.

We have been renting from here for over 10 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else! They are super friendly helpful and make sure you have everything you need to make sure your party turns out amazing.

They were easy to communicate with. Lucy listened to everything I needed and was very helpful during setup. On time and very professional. And the custom piñata I bought is HUGE and soooo cute! Definitely recommend and I will definitely be working with them again in the future. Thank you!So as I said I would be working with them in the future I decided to rent a few chairs for thanksgiving from them. I paid in advance like I did before and when I got to the store to pick them up they informed me I didn’t pay the full balance. That I owed a $60 deposit fee. I explained I was not informed of that and had no problems per my last transaction. Lucy claims she told me about this over the phone. But the receipt she sent me said “paid”I asked for my money back and she started yelling and screaming for me to get out of the store and I’m not getting my money back or the chairs. So I’m out $50, rent from them if you wanna be ripped off 🤬

Excellent service. Very friendly family oriented. When ever we are having a party or just need a bounce house or slide they are always helpful Deliver to us early and pick up when need be. Their equipment always clean. Pinatas made to order. Nothing but great experience with this company.

Lots of choices at good prices

Had my sons birthday party all planned and our go-to guy for the bouncy house rental forgot to call us and let us know he would not be able to deliver the bouncy house because his truck broke. With three hours until the party started AZ Party Central was able to get a bouncy house and all of the tables and chairs I needed delivered on time. I am very appreciative of them being able to provide their services on such short notice.

Buyer Beware -Our holiday party now stressed an partially sidetracked due to a very dishonest business deep in the heart of downtown El Mirage who has a policy of as soon as you swipe your Visa card whether or not they give you the product can deny the sale keep the money and then when you ask about getting a refund they call the police on you ??? well this happened @azpartycentral someone claiming to be the manager a young guy name Eric berated and disrespected a young woman and at this moment he still has the product AND he has her money ! is this the type of business they run please be aware if you go there you may swipe your visa later they may just not give you the product once you complain they’ll call their friends in El Mirage PD who’ll Say it’s a civil matter of course but you don’t go pay and not get anything at a REAL business that’s just dishonest this business is dishonest and today is putting our family Thanksgiving get together in jeopardy @ 5pm the night before the party

Beware this company takes people’s deposits and doesn’t return them! The owner was digging through a draw of folded up receipts and said sorry but I don’t know where your receipt is and I can’t help you! I had my original receipt and both receipts where she charged my credit card! When I asked where her receipts were she said, ” I don’t have to explain to you!”I asked one final time if she was gonna help me and she said, No! That’s actually FRAUD🤬

Dont do business with this party rental.I rented a helium tank from them and was told it would be enough to fill 200 balloons. When I picked the tank up after paying I was told the tank would only be enough for 100 balloons. I attempted to get my money back which was refused. I had no choice but to take the tank but had to purchase another one from Walmart. Upon using the tank I only aired up 60 balloons. I spoke to the owner to give him the opportunity to correct the situation as I am a small business owner myself and I pride myself on my reviewsThe only thing he could say is they told me it would air up between 100 -150 balloons but its not an exact number its an estimate and no matter what they wont lose business. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache. Walmart is a more affordable option.

We have been going here for 12 years. They have made us everything we have wanted..great communication with what we want..they have made things perfect.

We have purchased three custom piñatas from here. All three were very big, strong and held a lot of candy. The staff was able to create our piñatas by looking at pictures we sent in and paying special attention to detail. Large custom piñatas take about 4-6 weeks to complete based on what you want. We will continue to order our custom piñatas from here.

I rented tables and chairs from this Place, and the tables had big screws on the sides holding them together, both chairs and tables were filthy!Will not rent from this location again!
