My experience here was just delightful! Char was very warm and welcoming and she really knows her stuff. She was so kind and informative. Her customer service really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this facility!

This is one of the best storage places I have ever used! They were really accommodating with getting me the correct atorage unit and very helpful when I needed another! I would reccomend this place to everyone!

Great storage units good people that run it and pricing is very reasonable. However it would be nice if the restroom was open more often. Overall its a great place to store your stuff.

Nathan was great! The location and hours are very convenient and the rate is GREAT!

Easy acess and great managers. Only complaint would be the hours which are 7 to 7. Most storage facilities are 6 to 8.

Management is rude and lazy unless it benefits them!! I paid my storage a couple days late they locked me out at 5pm the day the payment was due but didnt unlock it until 3 days after I paid in full😤 I asked for the 3 days back on the next payment and they refused and got ignorant because I even asked!! Theyre also a little expensive for being rundown and no airflow in larger units, I dreaded every time I need something out of my unit. I would not recommend this place to someone I dislike let alone a stranger. I would give zero stars if it was an option!

I hate that they sold everything me and my kids have ever owned without informing my husband first so we could have figured something out. All my kids pictures and memoroes family pictures baby stuff everything my son has owned in his 13 yrs and my daughter 10 yrs. We were going to pay off our storage bill and get everything out of there and found out they auctioned off everything that was everything we have had for 15 yrs. All memories and things we can not replace. Class pictures baby pictures baby items things we have collected horrible and devastating to me & my kids.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Lady at desk had a nasty attitude when we came to get a unit. She acted like she didnt want to be bothered. She actually told us the unit size we reserved was not going to work for us without knowing what we were storing. Dogs running around barking inside the office and it smelled horrible inside also.

Dont come here and bad service they shouldnt be in Business

JORDAN IS THE NEW MANAGER AT THE STORE ANYTHING YOU WERE TOLD ABOUT PREVIOUSLY WENT OUT THE WINDOW WITHOUT NOTICE. NOTHING CARRIED OVER AS IT SHOULD HAVE, THEYRE JUST WINGING IT ON MY DOLLAR, SHES NOT EDUCATED OR INFORMED OF THE COMPANIES BASIC POLICY AND PROCEDURES, ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNS, ISSUES, ANYTHING OUT OUT OF THE ORDINARY WILL REQUIRE CONTACTING CORPORATE AND WAITING 2-3 DAYS FOR RESPONSE. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR BELONGINGS, SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND STRESS!!!
