I am a DIYer by choice, not because I like getting dirty, but I am VERY particular about quality control when it comes to my vehicles service/maintenance.Ive been trying to track down a engine misfire for a few months, replacing everything from injectors, coil packs, wires, and plugs. Still, I could not find an answer to the misfire. Decided it was time to get a professional on the job and repair it once and for all.Working full time, I have very little time to take my car to be serviced, and I had a small window of opportunity since I had the New Years eve off. The usual shop I go to was closed for 2 weeks due to their Christmas/New Year holiday schedule, so I decided to give BENZTEC a try since 1) They were open on NYE, and 2) they have a good reputation within the Mercedes community.BENZTEC sent me updates on what they found out (never would have guessed the cause of the misfire, myself), and had my car ready and fixed about a week later (they also repaired some other things found along the way).Long story short, If you are looking for an honest shop for your Mercedes that wont break the bank (unnecessarily, haha) BENZTEC is for you. Their reputation was validated in my visit and I would not hesitate to recommend BENZTEC to anyone. Look no further.
