After seeing glowing reviews online, I decided to go check out bikes for me and my mom. We are not professional riders and are having trouble finding places with affordable but good quality bikes. Joe and Burt were very welcoming and patient with all of our questions. They let us tried out several bikes and adjusted each ( even the handle bars) so that we can try them comfortably. They were very patient while we took our time trying out the bikes. We ended up going home with 2 bikes. The price was very reasonable and customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase or just getting their bike maintained.

Bought a bike from this store and the customer service was great. They attended me quickly and helped me find the exact bike with the color and size that I was looking for. They made the process very quick and easy for me. Very good prices and great customer service all around.

After shopping around and test riding several Different bike, my wife and I decided to Purchase two E bikes from here about a week ago,the service and price was good and they was able to get the color and bike we wanted red foldable 500w fat tire w/front shocks and rear rack, got about 50 miles on them already on all Trains dirt, up hills, bike paths, down town the beach and so far there great, charge will last 30 +miles on flat riding like the beach with lots of power 22 to 27 mph down hill,also several compliment, I recommend buying here👍

Burt was great, really helped us figure out what kind of bike for our 11 year old. It was assembled and ready to go.

The staff is very customer service focused. Bert was very honest with us as we had a bunch of questions. You can honestly talk about anything bike with them there. They are all bike fanatics. Fun conversations.Price wise, they are comparable to other bike shops in the area and sometimes cheaper. We looked at a few shops before deciding to shop at Revolution Bike Shop. I purchased a Retrospect Beaumont size 50 frame and saved about $50 compared to other shops.The bike shop currently focuses on bike sales and repairs. They do not have a lot of accessories for sale in case that is what you are looking for. I think they might have more accessories after the pandemic.Overall, I think they really value customer service and customer loyalty so I will definitely keep them in mind when its time to upgrade bikes!

Great service, Joe and Bert were very knowledgeable and helpful. I wasnt sure what I wanted when I walked in, was just looking for something I could ride to work that wasnt too crappy. They patiently explained the different types of bikes and hooked me up with a great deal for a brand new Macargi Cross 6.0 Hybrid bike. Joe even threw in some lights for me because they knew I would get a ticket without them riding at night in Alhambra (where I live).Great service, very knowledgeable, great deals.5/5 - Highly recommended :)

This shop is awesome! Owner opened up for us on a day they are closed and treated us like old friends. He was literally Santa enabling us to get our daughter her Christmas bike at a great price. He explained everything about it and the difference between all the bikes. ALL ON HIS USUAL DAY OFF. Im so happy this place is close to our home because well be back. This place is fantastic and had exactly what I was looking for! I walked in looking for a new commuting bike and was curious about the Throne bikes and they had a few in stock. I came from Pasadena because I read the great reviews and was not disappointed with the service. Joe and Bert were super helpful and informative about the different bikes I was considerate and helped me come to a decision. Stoked about my purchase and looking forward to visiting these guys again for upgrade parts on the bike.

Had THE best experience here!I brought a bike in for assembling but left with a better, fully assembled, and cheaper one than what my original would have cost after assembly.Joe and Red were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They never tried to upsell me so the whole experience was pleasant.Would def recco visiting this shop if you’re in the market for a new bike! I am very embarrassing with the crew. They are not showing the respect on me. When I bought my new bike there I found front gear can not switch. I got it back and let them to repair it. They said they have to change the parts for me for a while. That’s fine, couple days later, I picked up my bike, the crews changed another bike to me no excuse, and insist that the bike was mine. I don’t want to argue sth, but you have to know which one is your costumer’s. Everybody is not nice at that time . I will never be there. It is not a good experience.

My family were looking into purchasing some bikes for each. We had been to a few bikes shops to do some shopping around. Let me tell the guys at bike Revolution Bike Shop are the best, not only were they helpful and explained what each type of bike were made for. They let us ride as many bikes as we wanted although their stock was limited they were also willing to suggest for us tho wait until they get more stock. But, in the end they won our business because of the knowledge and willingness to help us, also their prices were one of the best. We ended up purchasing 2 bikes, one for my daughter and one for my wife. In a week or two when they get more stock I will be returning to purchase one for myself. And ask for Jose is the best salesman.

Was there today thinking they had all different kinds such as Mongoose, Diamond Back... NOPE just one type, their favorite type and only 2 bikes?!!! You should clearly state on your Website Only 1 type- brand of bike sold there! And not mislead with other bikes showroomed outside!! Out of the three including a Mongoose and Schwinn chained all together with some other hybrid -Columbia? I might have name wrong-cuz never hear of it! Misleading! To be told, oh those others are customers bikes?? Oh, so if thier being tuned up or whatever.... your patio that bike out front??!! To end this, didn’t bite, THIER BRAND BIKE WAS $275.00, no thank you!

Fast reliable service with our inner tube fix.

Took 2 hours to change a tube and still charged me $20 never again

Went in not knowing a whole lot about bikes. I wanted a bike to use to exercise on a bike path, and Joe took his time showing me a few bikes that were in my price range. I was able to test ride a bike (I had to give the collateral), and I ended up purchasing that bike. I actually hit the bike path soon thereafter, and the bike felt great. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Quick service turnaround and they will call you about any additional safety adjustments before doing them so you’re aware what you’re getting done.I got a bike assembled here and they trued my wheels as well. It would have been nice to fully pump the tires... seems like I got them back at the 80ish psi I had when I dropped off my bikes

This place was pretty great. I actually found them on Craigslist of all places. I was worried I was going to get taken for a ride, no pun intended, but the people there were really friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with me and gave a warranty on my bike. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I go to USC and really needed a bike to get to classes on time. I walked into this store knowing pretty much nothing about bikes since I never owned one, but walked out having so much confidence about my new bike. The color fit me perfectly, and they said it was a remake of a vintage European style. Not only did they help give me the best advice about the bikes, they pumped everything and lowered the price. Also, I got free lights from them and a cool new basket. Perfect warranty and I know they got my back if I ever need any help. Super nice people to meet and would recommend this bike store not only to college students but literally anyone who needs a bike. They will make sure its in top shape!

These guys kept my day as awesome as I had planned! Flat tire 12 miles in to a 40 mile ride... they hooked me up and got me back on the trail in NO TIME!!! If you rock the San Gabriel River Trail you need to know about this place... just above Ramona on Peck Rd.

Went to a few bike shops as I needed to remove my stripped allen bolt from my seatpost collar that I stupidly overtorqued. no bike shops could remove it and said it would take hours to do so. went to bike revolution expecting the same response but...wow. I forgot his name but the older gentleman (co-owner I believe as well) was able to get that bolt out in less than 15 min!! How he did it I have no idea. these guys are life savrs forsure when it comes to bike repair. I also needed a Thomson bolt as they have their own threading and they were also able to provide me with one they had as a spare. would def recommend coming here for any of your bike repair concerns. will visit again. only tiny problem I had was the waiting (like 15 mins) but its because theyre sought out for their great services. Thanks guys!

Best Bike Shop I have ever been too.They always provided the best parts and services well recommend everyone to go to this bike shop.

I called on a Sunday morning @ 10:02 to check if they were open a man answered the phone said they were open from 10:30-4:00 I had another question and he hung up on me before I could get another word in. I don’t understand how this businesses survives with the lack of customer service. I have never been there and for sure I will not consider to even go! Bad customer service.

Not going to lie I always come here when I have a flat tire but honestly this week I came so many times and I’d spend an hour waiting for them and this isn’t the first time. I had two flat tires and they just told me in a bit and in a bit and still haven’t even done my bike so I just left and well I’m really mad. I’m just going to stop coming here and go back to jimmys bikes
