I LOVED THE SERVICE JESSICA GAVE MY FAMILY AND I!!I ordered a couple pair of shoes online for my children, and their system was having a bit of difficulty and trouble putting in many orders, due to high volume of orders at the moment.She went out of her way to get my childrens shoes to us.I highly recommend shopping at this WSSNo wonder the system crashes, and the store is always busy!!People go to where they are treated well, and understanding!!Thank you so much JESSICA!!

Great shoe selections. Prices are even better. I recently bout 4 pairs of Filas here & some others for a bit over 200$ which isn’t bad at all for some decent shoes. I’ve gotten work shoes here before too. Would recommend.

This store is very clean and everyone is very helpful, the new manager I believe his name is gerardo is also very helpful and nice.

Wanted some shoes they didnt have my size. I asked how much for shipping but they said since only 4 stores have them they wont ship (only ship if 5 stores have them). Overall they helped me out really good, just 1 star off because of their policy. I did not want to drive 25 minutes out to pick up the shoes.

One of the workers went above and beyond when it came to the customers needs. She search the store and other stores. She made sure they were there and made sure the shoes were buyable. All of this and she still managed to take care of others while she can. Good job WSS OF EL MONTE

11911 Valley Blvd El Monte store, it is a very good location to find what you need it...always i got a good, professional sale assistance, they have a nice attitude and directing me to the right model shoes, my all member of my family are happy with this location, and always go to this store, because we find it perfect shoes... all management are good, they know what clients want, they have on the shelves all number for model shoes, i give them all maxim stars.

Not much selection of wide width shoes for women. Prices too high. My son bought me a pair of Nike shoes. I didnt notice the price untill after he purchased them. $70.00 before taxes. Never in my life have I spent that much on an article of clothing! I MISS PAYLESS!!!!!

They have a great selection of shoes, however their customer service definitely needs some work. I went to exchange a pair of shoes that I had purchased 20 minutes prior, while I was waiting in line I realized that I could get a student discount, and I asked if I could apply that, she said no so then I asked for a return and a separate transaction, she refused to listen to me and wanted to do things how she saw fit, we had to actually take the box of shoes from her because she wanted to start the transaction without giving us a return. When she does the return, she refuses to utter a word to us, she doesn’t even check the returned shoes and then with our purchase when we asked her for our total she says it’s on the screen and she walks away from us to talk to another customer. It was not on the screen and she was rude doing it. She threw the box of shoes we were purchasing into the bag and then threw the receipt on the counter towards us and then screamed out Next. Talking to a manager, the manager then proceeded to blame us and say that all she saw was us giving her attitude and that customers always treat them wrong and I was shocked at this blatant disregard over the attitude of her employee solely because in her words “She’s my best employee”. If that’s her best employee I wonder who her worst employee is, what kind of standards exist in this place that the second a customer disagrees with them they lose their fake smile and give out attitude. This is the “best” employee with Dyed blond highlighted hair and glasses.

Had a great experience. First off all I wanted to say everyone in there was proffesional and respectful. But my guy Edwin went above and beyond. Felt kind of bad took like 40 minutes of his time but he called and called Stores to make sure I got these exact shoes in which I had to drive in a hour for but was worth it because he made sure they were in great condition and on hold for me . Even though I didnt purchase a shoe here I will definitely come back due to my boy Edwins customer service. Very appreciative,

This is rare for the many WSS that Ive been to but this one actually has some size 13. It has been a very hard size to find at other WSSs. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
