I have come to this picture place for many years about 10 years. We have taken many memorable pictures here. The reason for my so so review is because two months ago I went to get my preemie niece pictures and she was barely discharged from the hospital. So I made my cousin come from far so we can take her here for her first pictures. The girl was being mean and she said that eventhough she was a premie and barely weight over 8 pounds she was not a new born and we couldnt make the appointment for the newborn pictures and she needed to take the regular pictures. We took the pictures anyways. And the girl continue to be mean even up until us picking the final pictures. I have had many good experiences here so I recently took my graduation pictures here and the girl is still there and she still had an attitude, thankfully the girl that took my pics was nicer. Hopefully they learn to value their customers a bit more.

It used to be a good place that’s why it has good reviews but then the wife of the owner forgot that her business depends upon customers and started being rude unprofessional! I guess arrogance is her new style not ever going back! Stop yourself as well go to the mall it’s cheaper and photographer are professionals!

Great quick service! We got out Christmas 2019 photos taken here everything was great. Photographer was very patient with my son that cooperated very little but she still managed to get great photos.

The associates are rude, you ask a question and they answer really rude like if were suppose to know if they are the experts. To make one copy its $5!!! Ill go to CVS where they are supper nice and charge .25¢ per copy

The staff is really nice one girl went above and beyond for my kids pictures an amazing experience I would recommend it to everybody

The customer service here is extremely professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone. I misprinted about 15 photos at the photo kiosk due to my error, and lady here redid my photos again free of charge. I didnt expect that coming.

Went here for passport photos and ended up finding out they process their own 35mm and Advantix. Fast turn around for 35mm and the fact that they process discontinued Advantix film is a definite plus. They are super helpful and it is always busy. Give them your business if you are in need of film developing, family portraits or passport photos.

I went there to have my passport photo shot, they did even use flash lighting equipment, just shot with building in flash, the result came quite badly, and they used PS to cut out green background, I checked out my picture and noticed that there is a part on my neck was missing, I reported them the issue, and they reworked on my picture, it came out right, anyway I was very disappointed.
