I have to give him just some credit as the quality of the embroidery was good, however, everything else wasnt. For one, he went ahead and did the logo on my shirts without first confirming the color with me, the color was not the color requested. I provided a style guide for the logo with the exact colors needed. The shirts were for an important promotional event we have. Oh but thats not all. He never provided me with a receipt even after I made several requests! I forgot to ask for one at that time I picked up the shirts, so I emailed him to ask for one. He kept saying he would send it, but only kept changing the dates on me. Its been months now! After a while he simply stopped responding to my emails. And unfortunately I paid in cash since his only payment options were cash or check. Its too bad since I was willing to get more work done from him if he had corrected the color, but just cant work with someone that is unreliable and does not follow through accordingly.

Awesome!!!! The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable. He greet me at the door, he let me choose my design without any pressure. The cool part was the job was done on the spot and I was able to look at the work as it was being done. Definitely going to be taking more work to this business.
