Zero stars!!!!! 2 weeks ago I called to have temporary fence delivered to a job site. I spoke with my account manager, Kimberly Gomez. I week later I called to follow up on it, and there was no record of my order, but they said I had to talk to Kim. Kim said, Oh, they never responded to my email, and she put (supposedly) put the order in. (Again) She called later, very apologetic and asked that we call back to confirm the delivery for Tuesday. Not quite understanding why I had to call AGAIN to confirm something Ive already called several times about, I called. I left a message on Kims voice mail stating that, but obviously confirming. Today is Wednesday and we have no fence, and after over an hour of trying to figure out what is going on, it turns out the order was NEVER submitted. Just for reference- when I spoke with Kim last week, she said she had been out for a few days. When I called today- Kim is out yesterday and today. It seems she is out more than she is in. I spoke with Zabi, who is filling in for Kim. I said if you cant get it to me in 30 minutes, I will cancel the order. His response- Sounds good REALLY??????? So the best they can do is deliver it tomorrow- Thursday. Or, we can go pick it up ourselves. No apologies, no offer of doing anything to keep me as a customer. NOTHING!!!!!!
Great customer service, very reliable
They just have the worst costumer service there can possibly have . There short staff in drivers and the driver they have taking care of south pasadena and mount Washington is just the most racist and rude as one can be. Its sad to see a company with such bad values would never recommend them in my life .Really sad .. ..
My first experience with United Site Services of Ca was great. I had the portable toilet for a month while construction was being done. When I ordered the same toilet for a 2nd time, they delivered one without castors and they couldnt move it to service it. I told the service tech to correct the situation with the company. The next week they came to service and wound up sliding the toilet on the driveway and serviced it right under my tenants kitchen window which freaked her out. When she spoke to them they were rude to her and also trampled her plants, killing them. Then they sent me a bill for twice as much as the previous bathroom stating that I ordered a sink which I did not.I will not be using them again because of rude service technicians, wrong equipment sent and unsatisfactory customer service.
They have absolutely the worst costumer service wouldn’t recommend them for any job site from corporate to drivers they don’t know the meaning of customer care ....
