Absolutely the worst at customer service. I cant get manager information even after three days of asking. I have an order that should have been shipped to me five weeks ago that still has not left their location. I will never purchase another item from this company. I highly advise people take their time, money, and needs to any other company.

I cant get parts I need to repair our sheer a Birmingham I have emailed and talked to them. I would buy other tools and make sure cp didnt import them. I have called Birmingham dealers for parts and I am referred to them. One star is too many
