I didnt know how happy I would be with getting a new heater and air conditioner. Maybe its the weather but my wife and I DO NOT want to leave the comfort of our home. We didnt have air conditioning just a wall heater that didnt warm up anything. I am so glad we went with them, they made it so easy and and painless. Great group of guys came out and were in and out of the house. Office staff is great and on top of everything, didnt have to guess or wonder what was next. Cool City has earned my business and my trust.

They were good dont get me wrong. I just feel that people can always improve. The came and gave me a cost of repairing my heater and the price was very good. I went with them because I felt that I could trust Robert. Good things all around.

Had them replace my ac unit and I have never been happier. My condo is on the top floor and it gets hot really quick. They recommended me going with a slightly bigger unit and I am glad I did. Thank you for your experience and knowledge in knowing that I would be happier with a larger unit.

The Best AC Company Ever! I got a new system about 5 years ago with someone else and it was a lemon. Cool City came out and eve though they did not install it they are able to do the warranty for it. The come right away and they know what the issue is right away and fix it! Amazing!!!

Cool City Air Conditioning is a lifesaver. My air conditioner was not working, I called and was able to get an appointment that day. The Technician was very thorough and was able to tell me what was wrong with my AC and fix it all in a timely manner. Thank you Cool City, my air conditioner is running better than ever.

I had Robert install my system over 25 years ago and of course when it came down to installing a new one I had Robert and crew come and install a whole new system again. They gave me a 10 year warranty and the office staff is so nice and friendly. Easy to call and set up time and appointments with. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

They seriously had my back! I wish there were 10 stars to give! Our heater was out and it had a cracked heater exchange. Which is bad, really bad, could of caused and fire or even worse. I called because I smelled something burning and they told me right away to turn it off. The next day they came to and told me what was wrong. We need the heat because we have a son that is sick and they were replacing it that day. 5 guys showed up and we had heat by 6pm. Thank you Robert for all your help!

Seriously the best company out there! They actually handle my mom, dad, and sisters house as well as mine. I love calling in and talking to the office, the girls are so friendly. Lou always comes and is so neat and most importantly knowledgeable!

I live in San Gabriel and I have to say that most people know about Cool City and I actually had 2 people recommend them to me. So I felt comfortable when I called to set up and appointment and Robert came out and blew me away with all the technical stuff. He gave me 3 options on our system. It wasnt a you need to replace your system and that was it.The rain really did damage to my roof and leaked into the ducting. So not only did I replace the air ducting but I decided to replace the system as well just because of the great deal I got. They worked well with me and gave me all their insurance and license info up front. No guess work at all.

I love Cool City! I was freezing because my heating was not working. They came out that day and I was warm all night! Totally reasonable pricing but would of paid more.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were fast and reliable. My wife and mother are no longer freezing to death. Happy wife, Happy Life.

We live in an older building with boilers for hot water and the whole building was without hot water. We didnt know who to call and most places dont work on them. I called Cool City and Monica said they would come out that day. They came and were able to get it going. The association and residents were very pleased! Cant say enough good things about them.

They came before I knew it. I was away on a business trip when my wife called and said the heater was broken. I called them right away and they were out in about an hour. Fixed it right away and my wife and baby were comfortable that night. Saved me a big headache, cant thank them enough.

Saturday morning I wake up and the house is at 58 degrees. I go and turn on the heater and all of a sudden I smell like something is burning and then black smoke is coming from the little closet of where the heater is. I called cool city and I did need a new heater. they came out at 10am and had a new heater there by 12pm. Completely installed and working by 4:30pm, cleaned everything up by 5pm. It was so fast and easy I couldnt believe it. My wife and kids are not complaining anymore and I couldnt thank you enough.

I had my heater go out last Friday and it was already 4pm and I was going to have a dinner party at 7pm. I called them and they came out at that in about 45 mins and they had it fixed before any of my guest came. Thank you so much, we all had a great night.

I have a few properties that I own and Robert and the guys do great work. They are the only ones I call to work on the houses for me. Fair prices and good work.

My heater had been out for awhile but since it has been so cold I had to get my heater fixed. I had 2 other people come out and told me my heater was to old and just to replace it. Which I will do, when the time is right. Robert came and said if he could find the part they would be able to fix it. The part (circuit board and ignitor) was located in Nor Cal and they had it shipped over night and my heater was up and running in less than 2 days. They didnt charge me an arm or a leg either and told me when the time was right they would offer me a discount to install a new heater. Its working like a champ and we are all happy.

I have to say they are great. Incredably fair in pricing, which is so different. They dont make you feel stupid because you are a woman and get to charge you more. They explained everything BEFORE they did any work. I highly recomend them and everyone is so nice.

Two words: Quality and Value! These are the words I would use to describe them. I didnt have anything in my home except for a window unit. I had them put in central air, repiped my house, and my electrical in the entire house. They were here for about 8 days straight doing everything but they also helped me with just little things I needed around the house. They actually spent an extra day out just to install light fixture, a fan in the bathroom and painting here and there without any additional charge. I cant say enough how great they are!

I am in construction but I needed a little help with our air not working. They came and showed me the burnt circuit board and capacitor that was needed. I knew exactly what I was getting and they were fast and clean about it.

I called on a Sunday and made an appointment with Monica and she set it for noon. The techhician didnt come by 1 so I called to check up and recieved voicemail. I waited another hour and still no technician. I called back again and recieved voicemail again. No call back and no technician. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
