I took a new tool set in on a 20$ loan when they received it they opened checked and make me that off tool set is worth 250$ but thats fine I just needed some gas right quick the next week I went to get it out after paying and signing I check my tools and a 🪛 was missing I ask to speak to the owner they refused so the WARNING ⚠️ IS THAT THEY GO INTO YOUR STUFF

From the beginning ever since Ive gone to this Pawnshop whether it be for gold to sell or intrusment to Pawn, even items of value. These guys act like your some kind of Cluckhead willing to sell it pawn your items for only about 15-30% of their true value Dont bother highway robbery.

Cheap and Rude.They are always trying to find a way to make more money off of you. I tried selling an Alienware laptop worth $2800 online and they told me the best they could do is $250. The people that work there are incredibly rude. Never coming back here.

I decided to visit this local pawn shop. I parked in front of the location and as I entered I was asked to move my car forward. I removed my vehicle and decided to withdraw some cash in order to make a purchase. Upon my immediate return, there was a vehicle parked in the middle and I parked further away from the business. I approached the employee and expressed my disappointment at the fact that this was not being enforced as he suggested it was earlier. I then explained to him that I have made numerous purchases at this location and also everyone knows who I am. I informed him that going forward I would no longer consider this business. I asked him again why this rule only applies to me and he stated that the customer was going to make a large purchase and that I no longer mattered because I am not his customer anymore. I explained to him that he lacks the customer service skills required to engage with customers. He ignored me and walked away. I included an image of the vehicle parked exactly where I was parked but I was asked to move. You be the judge...I am not going to this place again! I posted an image of the vehicle parked at the same location I was.
