Viva Collision and Viva Ford are the worse. Took my car to get repaired took them three months to repair my car. And it still didnt come out right.Before I took my car to get repaired we were looking to buy a new car the sales people and their managers were the worst. To the point we had to get the law involved. We were in the right and they were in the wrong. So dont waste your time there.
My vehicle was damaged on 17 Dec 16 by winds casting rocks that damaged paint and a window (See photos), and I was given a claims estimate that it would take 8 days to repair. I dropped my vehicle off here on 28 Dec 16 to be repaired. It is now 15 Feb 17 (49 days later) and the vehicle is still unfinished. So far since the week of the 9-13 Jan, and every week there after, I have been told by Viva Collision that the vehicle will always be ready the next week. Apparently in Jan they had ordered the glass, but was waiting on back order for it to ship. Last week on 8 Feb 17 I was called and told that the order for the glass (that has been on back order since the vehicle was put into service) was the wrong glass and they had ordered the right glass and would arrive the following day. They also told me that the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday 14 Feb. Today on 15 Feb after calling to inquire about my vehicle I was told by them that they found more damage on the window moulding and are still waiting on the glass to arrive, which should be sometime next week... OK, so Ive got my vehicle on Tuesday, 21 Feb. The vehicle is brand new pretty much. It turns out that someone has been labeling the glass wrong in the boxes when they were being shipped. Ford ordered a left sided window twice and was sent right sided. It took a third order of a right window for a left window to come in. The final product is very nice and I am happy, minus the waiting.
I was delivering packages here to the parts department. Everyone was very helpful and the parts department representatives are very personable and funny. Also the front cashier, Crystal, is super awesome!
They were so amazing and my go to from now is Herman Maynes !!!! There no reason why they would have a bad rating! I am military and fave them my brand new Tahoe Big Momma to fix and they fixed her fast and loved on her like it was theirs. So fast and gave me a ride to get my rental. They called before I got off the phone with USAA!God Bless you!
My insurance has contacted Viva about repair on my vehicle. I have called Viva many times and no one answers. There is no voicemail. Viva is supposed to call me within 1 business day regarding my car and they have yet to call! Very frustrating!

Did a pretty good job at fixing my car from a fender bender. Im happy with it all they were very polite and respectful. Did it in a pretty fast time Id pick then if anything else ever happen to my car again God forbid it happens. But I would choose them again. No complaints from me.
In the past I would never take my car here from reading reviews on here but I was forced to recently due to someone rear ending me, my 2015 mustang had to have the whole rear bumper fixed up, painted and clipped back on along with some internal damage. This is the best work ever, they left it like BRAND NEW. I was so worried about my car and Jessica would call me and update me every time they were going to start working on the car it was fantastic she made sure everything was done how it should be I would recommend anyone here for body work or any kind of repairs, great job overall. Perfect customer service.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. MY TAG AND REGISTRATION WAS TAKEN. I took my truck here for repairs, they had it for 3 weeks and when I picked it up the first time it had codes that had not been resolved. I took my vehicle back to them within two days and my tag expired 12/18 and when I took it back to them I placed my updated sticker on my tag and put my registration in my glove compartment.I picked my truck up within the week and before leaving the establishment I asked where my tag was. I was told that they may have taken it off washing my vehicle, which sounds ridiculous. They looked for over an hour and could not locate it. They are poor at communication and its been over a month. BE CAREFUL.

Ive been in a few car accidents and had to work with different body shops (some recommended by friends and family) and no body shop has compared to Viva on the west side. everyone from the front desk staff to the estimator where very professional and nice!! My vehicle looked amazing after the repairs (that were a lot) were done. It felt like this body shop takes the time to deliver a quality work. Highly recommended!!

I took 2 vehicles in with hail damage. I had personal previous experiences that were great so I told USAA to have Viva do the adjustment and work. The communication was terrible. My service advisor Herman actually hung up on me on the phone and called my insurance company. He told lie upon lie to USAA regarding our conversation stating I had called him racial slurs and profanity. The shop manager wasnt even aware of the situation. I have notified USAA of my treatment as this shop is a preferred partner with USAA. The shop manager said thats not like Herman. Herman admitted he had called USAA and still nothing. My new 2020 Explorer was filthy when we picked it up and my F 350 wouldnt even start. The body work was excellent the customer service and communication F-.
Horrible service, they took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Marcella Marcy Campos, the person who took in my vehicle in, was unapologetic about my whole ordeal when I voiced my concerns. She was rude, incompetent, and couldnt be found for a long time. There needs to be better supervision of employees here as flocks and flocks of employees are just standing around chit chatting, doing nothing, but shooting the breeze.
I personally can say that if u are in any doubt about service, professionalism and expediency, Forget it all! Words cant express my satisfaction. I was skeptical about all collision shops in El Paso, but after 3months i found the only place i will ever take my vehicle to. My new camaro was restored in showroom fashion. Thank u Eric and thank u Andrew. You guys are the best!
Only had recall services done here but they are always fast and extremely nice. If I ever need work done I will be back. Thank you Mr. Hernandez.
I was in a car wreck, so I had to take my 06 Crossfire for a repair in the back bumper, the tail light lamp and the trunk. Despite the cost ($1,600 USD), the job was terribly done. It really was a very mediocre job. They replaced my broken tail light lamp and fixed my bumper and the trunk. The damage from the collision was not that bad, but the paint job afterwards was worthless. Also, the trunk wouldnt open or close properly. After a month, I noticed there were loose plastics because there were missing screws. In other words, nothing was properly installed. The car was noisy and loose from the trunk. Please take your car somewhere else if needs body repair and/or painting. I wish I did.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I had the worse experience. They will ask you for $$$ to put new parts, but instead they will try to fix the damaged ones. They were supposed to replace the bumper on my SUV. I have waited 4 weeks for a new bumper- today I received my SUV with a bumper full of dents and crappy paint job- waiting to see how they respond to me calling out their mediocre job. I regret having my SUV fixed there- go to CASA instead- they care more about their clients.
