I rented a 26 Penske Truck, and a car carrier from Horizon Tubes N Hoses on July 08, 2021.I booked a couple months out.I flew in from Phoenix to El Paso since renting the truck over here would have cost me about $1,800+ than in El Paso.It was well worth it for me to spend $142 for a flight, and 5-1/2 hours drive time back to Phoenix to save $1,800.Their office reached out to me to confirm everything about 1-1/2 weeks out from my pickup date.I uber from the airport to their location which is extremely close. It cost $8.59 for the ride.When I arrived they immediately started to help me with my Penske pickup.We went over all the options which I declined since I am covered under my auto policy.The gentleman which helped me was extremely thorough.I used to work in self storage and we rented Penske trucks.He pointed out multiple dings and things I missed, as well as very great info on the DEF fluid refill options they now have on the diesel models. He also said that if I had any questions please feel free to call them directly instead of Penske call center so they could help me faster during business hours if I had any general questions.The truck and carrier were ready to go.The truck fired right up, and I let it warm up for about 4 minutes.It was parked in a location which allowed for me to easily exit the property.I highly recommend the 9400 Montana Ave location for picking up a Penske truck rental. Hopefully you will have just as a great experience as I did.

Great customer service. These guys know their business and provide outstanding work. Went in recently with a power steering hose and these guys fixed me up well. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for your hydraulic,transmission or whatever type of hoses or lines you need. Need something custom. Childs play for these guys!

Very fast friendly, and had i what needed to fix my a/c hose. 2 days later i need another hose on Sunday they met me at the store and fixed me right up at a very reasonable price. Not many businesses are willing yo go the extra mile like they did. Highly highly recommended.

We needed propane for our new camper and this was the closest place. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Even though our struggle figuring out the systems must have appeared comical they remained helpful and polite. I almost wish the other things we need help with fell in their lane because I would return without reservation! Penske and pipes and tubes and things like that seem to keep them busy but not too busy to be social and answer questions. Thank you everyone.

Went in to get custom AC lines made. Nobody else would do them for me cause they said it cant be done. These guys new exactly what I needed within the first 2 minutes of me explaining what I was trying to do. Everything fit perfect and best thing about it, it took less than 45 minutes start to finish. They are also DOT certified and very easy on the wallet. I will never go any where else but these guys. If you want it done right and affordable, these guys rock.

Lost my AC because one of the lines broke. They fixed it in no time, spent 15 minutes after closing time. They saved my day and a good chunk of cash!

One of a kind business. Great customer service and you wont find anywhere else where they can custom make an oil or refrigerant hose. Or something as simple as replacing an aluminum fitting on a hose.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Had my power steering hose done the same day at a very reasonable price.

Went in today to get propane. Even for a simple task like that they were very helpful and professional. Very glad I stopped in there and will most definitely go back!!!

I stopped in here to compare prices. The owner has left a lasting impression on me in terms of his level of rudeness, he acted as if he hadnt eaten for a day and his dog just died. This place is a joke, I cant believe its in business. Look at the street view if you have any doubt. Owner cant even put up a decent sign.By the way his prices were 20% higher on average than Lowes or WalMart.

Very over priced and parts didn’t work that they made!!! Make sure you know what you are needing done because they will take advantage!!!
