Not real Honda professionals. Go to Honda of El Paso. This lady in your service department left me hanging 3/15/2020 at 12:15PM just because she can’t say no. I called to see if they’re willing to change the t-belt on my accord but the tensioner is stripped. Motor might have to pulled but it shouldn’t be a big deal for a so called dealership that knows the product better than the average shop. She took the coward way and left me on hold then hanged up. Honda of El Paso gladly took it in. They deserve every penny once this gets done.
