Supporting local during the national crisis led is to find this little Gem. We chose to stop in a check them out and we weren’t disappointed. On top of having a great selection, they also deliver. The staff was super friendly and made it feel like you were a regular.It’s nice to see shops like this are in El Paso. I hope they continue to add to their selection and grow locally. Cheers ! Nice little shop, great variety, lots of different hard to find stuff. Two clerks working there were very helpful, even when I called thinking I left something behind, the cashier verified it wasnt paid for and apologized for any trouble, but I appreciate that type of honesty. Ill definitely be back .

This bottle of Jack Daniels is 29 dllrs at the store. Down the street you can go to SPECS, and get the same bottle 10 dllrs cheaper. NO AMOUNT OF CLEAVE THE GIRLS ARE SHOWING IS WORTH IT.

I had never been to Bottles but happened to be driving by and decided to stop. The place was awesome. Eli was really helpful and the guy knows his liquor. He helped me find what I needed and best of all next time I need a refill he’ll deliver!!! The rest of the employees were friendly and appeared to be just as knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could!!

Honestly the customer service is pretty trash, the selection is bad, and the prices are kinda high. All that said these guys deliver if you need booze brought to you good value, if you have the time to walk in and buy things yourself go anywhere else.

I would recommend this business to anyone! They went above and beyond my expectations! Today was my brother-in-law’s 21st birthday and of course it stinks because we are all in quarantine because of COVID-19. Our plans of flying from Maryland to El Paso to celebrate got ruined, but with the help of Bottles The Liquor Store we were able to celebrate a little differently. I called Bottles today and was told they only deliver within a four mile radius, I was bummed because my BIL lives 11 miles from the store. Not even 5 minutes later the owner calls me back and tells me he can make the delivery if we do a basket delivery. This made my day! I placed my order (2 crown royal vanillas and 10 shots of fire ball) and the owner immediately sent me my receipt and told me he would send me a picture of the basket before they delivered it (so I could alter it if needed, which was not needed!!). It was delivered well before the time they told me it would be delivered, which I am so pleased with! My BIL came home from work SUPER surprised and VERY happy! He said, “it’a a liquor care package!”. I cannot express my gratitude and how happy I am with my overall experience with Bottles! I have already recommended that my BIL shops here and all of his friends. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service, great products, great prices!!!!!!

Hard to support local when you have horrible customer service and a horrible selection. Will cross over to the Fountains and shop at Total Wine instead. They have experts who know how to answer my questions, help me find what im looking for and a have a way bigger selection.

They have tons of craft beers, ranging from STONE to GUINESS. They have wonderful prices for each beer. They even carry stouts. Lots to choose from when looking for beer and even carry seasonal beers when seasons come. Have to come here for your craft beers. And vodkila

A small shop located in a convenient location. I go mostly for their beer selection which you can buy by the bottle as opposed to a 6 pack. Great for trying various brews. As for their selection they have a good amount of beer choices, and conveniently have a fridge with some already chilled for those times when you want to drink as soon as you arrive home.Their liquor selection is as good or even better than other stores Ive been to. Their choices run from wall to wall and with some more right in center of their shop. They also have tastings of a selected bottle on Saturdays. Ive never been but they have a handwritten sign near the register.As for the staff, Ive never really had extensive interaction with them because Im always in and out in less than 5 min, but every time Ive gone Ive been greeted and asked how my day has been.What makes this place different from other shops? They deliver. Ive never called in an order, but its awesome knowing that they provide that service. Great for when your hosting a party and dont want to be a rude host.My only suggestion would be that they become a verified shop on the untapped app. Trying beers that are not too common in this area is probably the reason why I frequent this shop every couple of weeks. If they were to post their new beers as they come in, Id probably stop by every couple of days. Maybe others would too.
