I recently moved to El Paso from the East Coast, and I was hesitant to get my oil changed because I didnt want to be taken advantage of for being from out of state. This place was extremely professional and didnt try and sell me on extra services. Unlike some other places I have been, where they tell you that basically your car is about to fall apart if you dont get these extra services done, these guys (Eduardo, Gilberto, and Christopher) worked professionally and quickly to change my oil. I will only go to this shop for my oil changes.

Mr Tillman was very polite very knowledgeable regarding our truck explain everything I appreciate the knowledge.

Went in for my inspection. Figured Id be a little while considering it was 4:30 and there was two people getting their oil done. I was out of there in 15 mins. Will certainly be coming back here for future inspections.

First time here, I arrived after 3 other locations including my dealership couldnt work on my car because they had equipment not working for inspection or were out of filters for oil change. I got the full service done and it was quick while I stayed in vehicle. Best part was actually the attendant who took me,I believe his name is Colin, he was not only friendly but his manner of speaking was so calming, it really felt like he was there to take care of me.

I didnt catch the gentlemans name but he was pretty fast and it was only him and another fella. He was really nice. Honestly this place is out my way by a lot but I like coming here because they are honest and they are not pushy salesmans lol and they always tell me exactly what I need.

The guy here seemed to be overwhelmed with work. I tried getting a quote for a tune up and he wanted me to leave my vehicle, because he had an SUV, and a car ahead of me. I told him I just need to see how much its going to be and he starts yelling he had to order parts and Id have to leave the car and he might be able to do it today if not tomorrow? No thanks. Ill go somewhere else.

Always courteous and honest, the workers know what they are doing and are able to communicate what needs to be done. Their expertise goes beyond oil changes. They can fix all manner of issues including brakes, transmission oil replacement, radiator cleaning, etc. I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed in their quality of work. Im from San Antonio and decided to take a trip to El Paso to visit my family and I noticed it was time for an oil change upon arriving. I decided to take my car to these guys because they were recommended to me and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. Good prices and fast service. They also checked all my other fluids and topped them off as well as checking my tires for air and cleaning the filter. I will definitely be taking my car back to them the next time Im in town and need something checked out or changed if needed

Long way from California here. Oil change light on found this place from Google map. Fast and good service. Nice technicians with full knowledge told me which kind of oil needed otherwise the motor will get damaged. Only last time not sent my car to dealership. Lucky to fix the issue on the way! I’ve gotten oil changes and the Texas registration inspection done here and these guys are great! I went to another location first for the inspection and it took hours and was such a hassle. When I went to Master Care, it was totally different. Omar was fast, knowledgeable and just offered great service overall. I won’t ever go anywhere else again!

By far the best and most honest oil change in El Paso. Employees know what they are doing and take very good care of my vehicle and my budget. Have been going there since it opened 25 years ago and have never been disappointed. I really appreciate the fact they are honest and never recommend anything my car doesnt need. Rest assured you wont get ripped off at this place, employees are courteous and work fast, prices are fair and they only use high quality products. As a perk, you get a free car wash and a vacuum token when you have a full service oil change which I always do. They check all fluids, tires and change the oil. Highly recommend Master Care. Been a customer for 25 years and dont intend to change because it is hard to find a shop with honest people.

Came here for the first time today. Cant say enough how impressed I was with the service. They were busy but as soon as I got there I was helped and they got through the line very quick. As far as price I looked around and this was great not to mention I got a free car wash! I got the full service and they made sure to check and properly fill all of my fluids including the air in my tires. Master Care Lube is the only place I take my car for all my car needs (oil changes, inspections and any other tiny thing that comes up). Took my car for an oil change. Oil ligth kept coming on after that. Took car back right away and they said it was the sensor. Light was never on before that. Not satisfied with explanation. Be careful dont trust them.

Took my truck in for an oil change in December and here we are in February and I have absolutely no oil in my vehicle! The oil is all over my engine though. I sent a message through FB on their page to see if we could get this fixed and resolved and no reply and I gave them my info and no one has even bothered to call me back. The message was read but still no reply. Im thinking that the filter was not properly put in and now I had to take it upon myself to purchase oil and have a family friend put it in for me, who just so happens to be a mechanic himself. He saw the mess under my hood and was in disbelief. If I have to take legal action I most definitely will! I could have been left stranded because of this and also been left with no vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I would rate this place 5 stars but I did have a problem with one of the mechanics one time.There was a strange noise coming from inside the motor - he lied and told me It was the sparks plugs which I had done recently. Charged me and moved on. When the noise persisted than he told me the problem was elsewhere...It ended up being the engine mount when i took it elsewhere... that guy was shady. Hes long gone - other than that, great experiences with the rest of the crew.
