IF I COULD GIVE THIS REVIEW 0 STARS I WOULD!! Oasis on Joe Battle put wheels on my Jeep JKU and did a great job, So I took my wifes 2019 4runner to them to have a set of bead locks put on. When I got the truck back they snapped off one of the lugs. This event made me look over the wheels further not only did they snap a lug on a brand new 4runner but they damaged all 4 of my brand new bead locks that coast $2000 just for the wheels. the fronts are all scratched and improperly torqued, they broke the 2 wheels in the back from using a impact gun to put the wheels together and also scratched them. Ive taken the vehicle to them 4-5 times now and they keep giving me the run around. Then today i took it back again and the new manager stated that even though they did all of this damage they will not replace the wheels that they messed up in the first place. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BUISNESS!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give this place less than a half of a star. They are horrible service and over priced. I just got tires in July just to find out that I needed them replaced again. Oasis put smaller tires on my vehicle than what was acceptable for the weight capacity. They put my family and myself at risk without even letting me know. When I tried to contact the manager and let him know the situation he did not accept any responsibility and just kept saying there is no risk. I am very upset having to spend another $500 on tires and it hasnt even been 6 months since Ive had them replaced. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend them to anyone. They just try to sell you on whats expensive and dont take into account what you actually need.

Oasis Tire & Wheels (Joe Battles) by far is the best in El Paso. The Oasis team (George) and manager (Rito)worked beyond expectations to ensure my SUV was taken care of. In the beginning service is great because you are spending money when you need help on something they’ll ignore it . I spent $4,000 there but when I got a nail on my tire they promised they would help . They never offered warranty on my tires or rims, joe promised he was gonna help me and said he was working on it . After several attempts trying to get a hold on Joe he didn’t answer anymore.

This place has great customer service. Joe helped us today and his customer service skills are on point as he seems to have many years of experience. He helped us with all the concerns we had with the vehicle tires, suspension and even drove the vehicle to pin point the problem in the truck. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and we felt very comfortable with his advice in regards to the vehicle needs. Their tire and service prices are unbeatable in comparison to other neighboring tire places. We highly recommend Oasis Tires & Wheels.

Oasis on joe battle has by far the worst customer service. I was quoted at $90 for valves and sensors for all 4 wheels. When I come back to pay they want to charge me almost $400. When I asked what happened to my original quote they said that I was miss informed and did not want to work with me. After the facts ruby mis quoted me. Manager didn’t want to speak with me. And another sakes rep guy in this case got all hostile and mad then started to raise his voice. Over all bad service nobody know how to price anything

It was a very good experience, I drive a Cadillac Escalade and it has 24” specialty wheels and I had screw in the tire and the Manager of this location took care of me and treated me and my family very well. He took the time to make sure my wheel and car were kept in perfect condition while he had my tire fixed. I recommend this place for anyone with expensive vehicles.

Lack of responsibility when mistakes were made on their behalf and will say you must of hit something. It was my first time going their for a simple patch and ended up needing a new tire after just owning the current ones for 3 months.

This place is notorious for ripping people off! I went there with a flat. My neighbor recommend this place after he changed my flat tire to my spare tire. When I went there to get the flat fixed all of a sudden my rim was bent. When I told my neighbor about this he said that my rim was never bent. Im never going back there again! I will stick to C&M tires on Montwood and Wedgewood, never had any problems there and theyre honest plus affordable.

Starting going to this tire shop since 2018... took care of me when I needed 24 tires... but since than nothing but a struggle and a explanation why cracking and bubbling is not cover in the warranty under a under a yr. Not only is it a struggle but the same tire increases in price by $50. I do not recommend this tire shop stay away find a different location.

Brought my 2004 Corvette for front brake and rotor replacement. Came to pick it up to find the driver side front fender is bent and damaged. Bottom portion also broken. Someone not know how to use a 4 point lift?? Id give no stars if I could. Will update with photos when I get the chance.Edit: One of the guys tried putting it back in place while the car was in the back with me not there. Got him doing it on video though. Currently waiting for footage from the cameras to show what happened and how the scratches got there. Will update when it is known.

Went in to get wheels tires and lowering springs for my car. The wheels I was shown were not the wheels I got but were from the same company. The wheels and tires got installed but the lowering springs had to be ordered. When I called to cancel the order, they said them needed a tracking number in order to refund me the money for the springs, installation of the springs and labor. It has been three days and I keep getting the same answer. The springs are supposed to arrive on Thursday and that they need the tracking number. All they had to do was cancel the order and refund the money, however that’s not what they’re doing. They’re trying to wait for the part to arrive so when they refund the money they only have to give me a small amount back and charge me with a restocking fee. This is a shady business and they don’t care about customer support. Key notes: I didn’t get the exact wheels I wanted and paid for, and I have been trying to get the lowering springs canceled and refunded the money for work that wasn’t done for three going on four days now with no solution. Every-time they say they will call me back, they don’t and I end up having to call them.

Took my truck in for an alignment, they took all day to do it, and finally 15 minutes before they closed they call me and tell me that the track bar is bent, and that if i ever hit something? Also that my shocks need replacement. They gave me a quote of 525 dollars. I went strait to my mechanic to have everything fixed and then he tells me my truck doesnt have a track bar, and that my shocks are in good condition. Took my truck back to this place to talk to the manager, and now he was saying he cant do an alignment cause i need to buy new tires . Now he was trying to run my credit to try and sell me tires. I cant trust this place anymore to me they just a bunch of thieves. They only got me for 35 dollars and time wasted. Oh well, be careful people and I recommend you getting a second opinion elsewhere.

Horrible service. Took it in for an alignment and needed a few things done, instead of paying them 500 dollars as an avid mechanic, did them myself. Was told to replace the wrong bolts and asked to bring back original ones 6 hours later. They did me a courtesy of replacing a wheel stud when I asked to leave the car alone and Ill take it elsewhere. And on top of all that; they had the AUDACITY TO CHARGE FOR THE WHEEL STUD THAT I TOLD THEM TO LEAVE ALONE. I didnt not want to give them any money and wouldnt release the keys until the work that was not requested was paid for. This is a horrible establishment and was a loyal customer for years. But after todays 8 hour fiasco with them I will never recommend or go back. Horrible place of service.

Worst experience ever. Took car in for an alignment and brake job. Left vehicle at 9 am and they said it would be ready in a couple of hours. They did not call me all day. Finally went in at 4:45 prior to them closing snd they said it was ready. But then they told me they forgot to do the brakes. How do they just forget? And they still had the nerve to ask me if i could bring it back in on Monday so that they could work on it. Hell no. Never going back in again. And i highly recommended you dont either. Good luck to you if you do.

Getting your flat fixed always takes a good deal of minutes from your day. I took my car to fix a leak today. Luckily, my car was able to be spotted upon my arrival. There are times you have to wait a little bit longer. In the end the clerk charged me up. I was expecting for them to share the findings. Nothing. So upon asking the clerk what did you find? This person replied almost in a default automated kata manner It was just a screw.This provides my with no confidence and assurance at all. It almost feels like paying $10/hour for just air.

For the safety of your vehicle do not take it here please!!! Save yourself the headache and money.

Took my brand new rims black glossy no scratches, to install. When they brought car out it had about 8 deeps scratches all over the rims. Do NOT TAKE YOUR RIMS HERE. I paid 1500$ for these rims so these guys can messed them up

Yesterday my son called me as he arrived at UTEP for class and told me the car was really sounding bad when he braked. I called Oasis let them know and asked if they could do a quick brake job. My son took two of his rims in because they had cracked. We took it in May 8th and The guy helping told us it would take about 5 days to fix them. We give them 5 days and no calls no updates nothing. We call and again the same guy said just a few more days. We went to the place on Saturday and still nothing. The guy said by Tuesday. Guess what.... They weren’t ready. Finally May 24 we get out first call from The guy saying they are ready. I understand that there’s a lot of work for them but at least a phone call some kind of update. Keep us informed of our property we left with you and trusted you to repair it. Horrible service and terrible communication. Needless to say that will be our last time taking them any kind of business. Also some advice. Don’t promise something you can’t do.

I GET THE IMPRESSION THAT IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER WITH LARGER PRICE YOU GET PRIORITY OVER SMALLER ITEMS REQUEST. I took a tire in to get a flat fixed. I dropped of around 1 PM . At the time I dropped of the tire there were no other customers in line and not a single vehicle in the bays. I went back at 230 tire still not ready. Not good as I still had to wait another 30 minutes.

Valentino the sales guy was very quick to answer our questions and assists us. Griselda was also very helpful when it came to paper work and explaining everything so we didnt leave with any questions.

Went for them to inspect my struts. They told me one was bad and they would replace it. After installation I would hear a clunking noise. I took it back and they told me it wasnt anything major and said repairs were not covered under warranty so I would have to pay again for them to check it. I took it to PEPBOYS and they immediately told me it was a bad strut. They removed the strut placed on by Oasis to find out it was the wrong part and mount and the clunking I was hearing was the shock top hitting the metal part of car since the mount was installed in correctly and at an angle. I would rather pay a little more for the peace of mind knowing it would be done correctly and my familys safety would not be jeopardized.

Worst customer service ever. I purchased two tires last month at the Joe Battle location went recently to buy the other two and obviously I was hoping to get the same exact tires I have purchased before but guess what they installed some other different cheap brand. They didn’t even told me they were going to be different type of tire or a cheaper quality tire. I got really upset I asked them to do a refund to my card since I had paid with credit card had to wait another 45 minuets to put back my original tires I had originally, horrible place to be. Employees there they just don’t care about customer satisfaction. Don’t spend your money at this place. My overall experience was terrible I WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO OTHER PEOPLE

My first and hopefully only review Went in a week or so ago had shocks tire rotation and balanced made it from El Paso Texas to Tuscaloosa Alabama before 7 of the 8 studs on my back duals sheared off at the hub pulling my 40ft fifth wheel camper was told to send pictures to a phone number tried to send and it must be a land line called back said to send to same number still nothing so after a 550$ tow truck bill Im sleeping in my camper in a parking lot hoping a shop can replace studs an be and easy fix talked to several tire shops said they break due to being loose or improperly tourqued definatly would not recommend having anything with dual wheels worked on here
