Dropped off my 2021 Mazda CX-5 for its first service, recall, and oil change. They caused some serious problems by accident, but fixed it the next day. Staff was always professional and caring.

Never can get through...to talk to anyone or they tell you can you hold please and never get back to you

The Rudolph Mazda Service center is a friendly place. The waiting area has various chairs and tables where you can watch TV or do some work on your computer. The sales reps do not bother you. They have hot and cold beverages plus snacks to enjoy.

Elizabeth Lopez is an exceptional customer service provider. This review will cover the two free oil changes received by purchasing my vehicle at Rudolph Mazda. Receptionists both times were apathetic to say the least. Even with an appointment, oil changes took around 3 hours to complete. Upon doing my first oil change at home, I discovered that the ASE certified technicians at Rudolph Mazda Service over tightened my oil filter and broke one of the plastic fasteners on the oil access paneI. I guess they thought no one would notice? One star is for the ability to setup your appointment online because you dont have to deal with any of their front desk staff. The other star is for the waiting area next door at Rudolph Mazda.

Service is horrible they are rude... they could refund me a 10 dollar coupon she offered because she forgot about it and she couldnt refund me. Second t the car wash wasnt done like she said they would. So I took it today and only 1 window was wet when rolling then down to check. The body was just like wipe with a piece of rag or something.. I wish I could post a picture of my cx5.. time to look for a new oil/ maintenance place..

Jose and Carlos went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They worked with me with my budget and exceeded/ went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle would be looked after. Definitely going back if needed.

Worse services ever I had brought my Mazada for service on the same issue over an over and they can never seem to fix it they see me coming and they are rude and don’t even tell me what’s going on and on top of that they don’t record what they do to my Mazda in their system. Yes they fix the tires for free but when you light is coming on every month and is a brand new Mazda still under warranty and they don’t fix it is annoying...I hate mazada cars just because CX-9 has been a nightmare to me.
