“Repaired” the screen but it keeps going black randomly. Took it back and they said their work doesn’t have any warranty 🙄 I guess I didn’t read the fine print but for $250 we expected better.

Reddy was very great and helpful.He knows what he is doing and really took care of me. The price was very cheap for all the work he did on my phone. I really recommend this place .

I took my busted iPhone to them at Cielo Vista Mall for a repair and they fixed it in no time. Awesome service and highly recommended. The prices are unbelievably cheap too.

Very bad fix, went to go fix my sons phone and mine. About 2-3 weeks later my sons phone had its screen come right off, about a week or 2 my screen started to come off the phone too. At the end they did not want to fix my phone or my son’s and gave stupid excuses as to why not.

They can also order parts for you, but have a decent supply for most cell phone. I will return without a doubt when my phone needs to be serviced in El Paso

*Second Update* the manager was very helpful and workers are very nice, they fixed the back of my phone and so far everything seems to be okay.*Update* Cell Tech has agreed to replace the back of my phone, and the customer service seems to be very nice. Im bumping it up to a 3 star, but depending on the repairs, it might make it up to a 5 star again. A lot better customer service than I was expecting.Disappointed. I cracked my Galaxy s9 screen, rather minor, and ever since I got I back nothing seems to be working right. Not to mention the tech scratched the black off the inside/back of my phone so theres a huge scratch you can see from the back. Not worth the $350 I paid.

This is the second time we get a screen fixed there and I would recommend the place to anyone needing the same service.UPDATE: Spoke too soon! first time I visited that place things went great and the screen repair went smooth..workers were two girls, dont recall names....second time it was two guys. Guy said I could get a discount for posting a good review (hens the spoke too soon). left the phone with a cracked screen but other than that fully functional....came back after screen replacement and the home button didnt work. They claimed it was the way the screen had cracked to begin with and that when removing it the sensor stopped working. Ive been doing some research online and apparently that only happens when they dont remove the screen carefully! now im stuck with the phone that doesnt have a working home button....Ive contacted the company hoping they can assist because thats totally cheating me out of my money and on top of it damaging my device.

I love getting my tempered glass here. Plus the staff is very friendly. The only negative, is that at times the glass wont stick on and wont last. But majority of the time the glass stays on. Marianna & Adrian have been very helpful.

Needed to replace my lcd screen, and Adrian was so sweet! They have a student discount too! Only took half an hour!Edit: Phone screen shattered twice while being in my pocket. The quality of the screen isnt great and forces you to buy another screen, since the warrenty doesnt cover that. Called and they might give me a discount. This is my second screen from here. The screen is so CHEAP that pieces are falling off! I DONT recommend it sadly, even if they are sweet people. If this is going to keep happening, it is definately NOT worth the $170!

The workers were very helpful, also replaced the screen on my phone in a timely manner and told me of other issues occurring with my phone and told me what had to be do to fix it.

Avoid at all cost, If I could give no stars i would. Overpaid for cheap chinese knock off replacements, took for ever to get part. Drop off for repair and part still not on hand for days. After they repair(and I use that term loosely) the device had to be sent to an ACTUAL REPAIR SHOP to be fixed costing TWICE the amount to CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES/REPAIRS. Incompetence runs rampent here from the management down!! They damaged the connection ribbins inside the device.

Parts are very, very cheap in quality and the manger, Adrian, is extremely rude and unprofessional. They charged me $129 to replace the screen on my iPhone and messed up my home button! My touch ID is now gone and they claim the phone was like this to begin with! Like I said before, the parts are cheap; the colors of the screen are not as vibrant as my brothers iPhone (same model: iphone 7 plus). Dont waste your time with this stand.

Both times I went to Cell Tech they treated me cery well, very respectful and detials.. there was plenty of detials about my devices new screen. I recieved my phone back and my s7edge looks pretty dang well. Cheaoest I couod find someone to fix it was for 300 and that was fetting a friend to do it for me their price was by far the least I could have payed and it was also same day fix unlike the others who said i had to wait for them to order. Over all great service.. both ocasions ive had to go I was gelped by Adrian. He is such a sweetheart.
