Zero stars!! Just went to Footaction at cielo vista mall in El Paso, TX and the manager on duty sold two pairs of mochas Jordan 1s to two customers in front of me. I was 3rd in line... he told me sold out. I k ow they have more pairs because a guy went behind me and bought a pair. Didnt sell to me. I’m American, I have ‘money, is this how Footaction customer service is! Never shopping at Footaction again
Wished they would get more shoes that are exclusive in other place but all in all love shopping here.
First time I buy from them. I loved it. The were friendly and fast in assisting me. The young girl was so helpful. She even offer to get me a another pair deliver home. She place the order and ✔ me out amazingly in 5 minutes. The new pair arrive on Wednesday 🙀 and she place my order on a Saturday. Amazing 😍they are better than Amazon.
Update: I didnt receive a refund so im sad about it but finally my bank gave me a number to get a hold of them and they were able to give me a gift card so I chose to change my star review.Original Post:Really bad customer service. They have their web page up, not worth buying from them because if there is an issue it wont be fixed. I was charged over 300 dollars since I ordered 3 items and they charged me double for two of them. I never received double the item. I have messaged them so many times and they dont reply to the customer service email they provided. Im so upset that I probably lost my money.
I bought a lebron shoe black for 200$Once we found out size was wrong and there werent any in my little brothers size we decided to get the grey lebrons which cost 129$ ever since they owe me a difference they havent done anything to help other than just say there isint nothin we can doLike how you say that when all purchases went through your store your system yet they charged me again for shipping all in same card
