Came here because we were craving some churros, and we were not disappointed. The selection of churros is amazingly creative and is not too sweet. Its small and a bit hidden(Google had us park a block away) but it is well worth the trip. The mixed drinks are out of this world. We came during the fall and I had the marzipan meet s pumpkin drink. I highly recommend it. The customer service was amazing, why arent you rushing over there yet?

The churros are delicious and HUGE. We stopped here because of all the great reviews and it really lived up to it. The staff was so nice and welcoming. They have created such unique flavors and we ordered three different churros just so we could try a few. We also got a mazapan agua fresca which wed never seen before and its surprisingly good! Its a great place to stop and get a treat!

What a gem, tucked away in the heart of El Paso! We had a really difficult time deciding on what flavors to try so we ended p getting a sampler! Everything was incredible. Churros of all sorts here! We tried three different flavors of churros but the classic was still my favorite. These are large so order accordingly. They have all sorts of lattes and chocolates to go with your churros. I tried the mazapan agua fresca which was amazing and unique!

June 12, first time here but definitely not the last. Churros have transcended cultures, becoming a pastry favorite at carnivals, fairs and now the south side of El Paso. Making the drive for a taste of these sweet fritters will be so worth it. For first timers, having the variety pack will help identify your favorite. For all returning churros lovers, Im sure youve already found it. P.S. for all you Hot Cheeto lovers out there, give the El Chuco churros a try; perfect combination of sweet and hot on a churros.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, and was able to walk in and order an impromptu to-go order. My variety mini 12pk order was ready pretty quick and the churros were so warm.. It took everything I had to not eat them all right then and there.Miraculously, they made it home and my family enjoyed them. The churros were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and delectable on the inside. The sugar/cinnamon mix they use is pleasantly sweet, and all the toppings are worth trying. Were DEFINITELY going back and trying different toppimgs!

Great selection of delicious churros! We tried the original, unicorn, s’mores, and el catrin. They were all amazing!

Excellent churros. They have a wide selection of toppings, all of which are worth a try. The prices seem a little high at first, but its completely worth it. They get pretty busy, but the fact that you can order delivery eases the pain of waiting. They also have abuelita hot chocolate, so you cant go wrong there either.

What can I say except GO!I went with one of my friends to check it out because we heard good things. The owner greeted us at the front after going through a small line and we ordered the Smores, Cheesecake, and Cajeta with bacon and they were all amazing. The Cheesecake I will have to say was my favorite of the bunch.The sauces on all of them tasted fresh and rightfully sweet and the churros were very well fried and sugar coated. Easily some of the best churros Ive had to date.Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem amongst El Paso and needs some recognition for some crazy experiments on classic Mexican churros and keeping it fresh with different ideas. They added to the menu and I got the variety pack today and OMG, this is a heavenly snack that might end up a meal if my will power does me wrong. Keep up the great work and yummy treats!

First time there. Drove from the Far East........Lobby closed at the moment. They will meet you at the door. Friendly staff, easy to order. Im definitely coming back to try everything. Their version of the Monte Cristo was fantastic (Monte Cristo Rey👌)& the chicken wrap was delicious too. Took a bit long for the order to be ready But Id have to say worth the wait. Maybe 4 and a half stars ....the sweet tea was terrible though, no utensils or napkins provided. BUT!! THE CHURROS ARE AMAZING! GET THE VARIETY PAK AND TRY THEM ALL!

Ordered 4 churros. It took them 25 minutes to bring them out. Two were warm and delicious, the other two were cold. Customer who ordered after me got his order first. Iffy if Ill recommend.

I found out about Frontera on Instagram tagged in another post. I did a little research and chose to visit the store before going to @epwinterfest. The churros are awesome and I will go back to try more and have some hot cocoa. Only 4 stars because there is only street parking and Google maps wasnt that accurate.

Hospitality! I express the same sentiment as the reviewer Sadie. The woman who took care of us was very polite, genuine, and helpful. It was our first time being there. Now for the churros review. They taste really good and you can also build your own! But we didnt experiment on our first experience. The churro dough itself, Im still on the fence about though. Dont misunderstand me. These were still really good. Dont hesitate to give them a try. Well definitely be making return trips, I can promise you as much! Gave it a 4 mainly because it was a bit of a wait. But the vibe of the location, people, & service for me made the wait not such a big deal.

Bertha was so friendly - explained the menu happily, gave us local recommendations and gave our pup some treats!We got a 12 pc sampler and everything was so good. El mazapan and abuelita were a couple of my faves and the Oaxaca hot chocolate!Reason to visit El Paso again!

HOME-MADE churros! We came twice well visiting El Paso. The second night I tried the Gansito OMG it was so good 🤤. If you are staying Downtown its a must try.

I picked up a delivery from here. It wasnt ready yet, so there was a little wait. No biggie. The young lady walked the order to my car and throw in a Chai Tea for me on the house. It was kinda chilly out and the gesture was very much appreciated.That gesture alone was enough to put on my Places to Eat list. The Chai Tea was so good. Thank you Maam!!

My family and I love the churros from here, we came on May 4th (May the fourth be with you lol its a starwars thing) and got starwars themed churros red, green, blue lightsabers it was a blast !

Yum! These were amazing. We got the magical unicorn churro and Mazapan churro. Both were amazing and so fresh. The cafe lechero was also very delicious. This place is a must stop. We will be back soon!

I cant believe that this shop has been open for 2 years. Not only is the staff friendly, the churros are great! They have quite the variety - from lechera drizzle to mazapan, from bacon topping to coconut. Service is quick and the price is reasonable. We shared a Spanish Cold coffee that hit the spot with our churro selection. A revisit is in order. Dont go big, GO LOCAL!

Their Churros are made on the spot and feature unique flavors. Their coffee is bold. Their Titas Hot Coco is EXCELLENT and I love coffee but this hot coco is potent and delicious enough to change my usual coffee habits. I purchased a Breakfast Sincronizada, and a bunch of beer.

Delicious! Frontera is so unique and such a wonderful small business in El Paso! During Covid they have implemented a wonderful plan to stay in business and to keep their business sanitary. The churros have an amazing variety on the menu and my kids beg to go back! This is one of those hidden gems that when you hear about it and try it you want to keep frequenting!

So glad I tried this place!! It caught my eye because it was minority women owned, and now I will go back anytime Im in town. One of the owners talked with me a while, helped pick some churros to order, recommended a fresca to try and then also suggested I try ELEMI for dinner (which was a great suggestion too!!). The churros and fresca were so good!! Please go!!

Purchase churros with dipping sauces here based on other peoples suggestions. They were fine however the consistency of the dough was a little chewy for my taste I prefer more of a crunch on the outside with the chewy texture inside. the strawberry dipping sauce was my grandchildrens favorite however the chocolate sauce is just Hersheys chocolate and it was not palatable with the churros. My fave is the caramel maple bacon.Be warned, parking is nearly impossible and because of the pandemic you can only wait outside while they come out take your order prepare it and bring it back out to you.

This little gem in segundo barrio is a great place to get your sugar fix! Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint at all! The mazapan hot chocolate is so good you wish theyd sell it by the gallon! The churros were hot and fresh and big! Dunk style churro bites... El Paso hospitality at its finest. I went with several family members while visiting and the store front is cute and quaint, the owner welcoming, the churros and menu creative and delicious, and fine customer service. Go check this place out, it’s definitely a wonderful lil gem, so worth it.

It is always a great place to eat churros, I totally recommend this place to anybody, the personnel are very friendly, and kind, it is worth the drive, plus you get to eat from a lots of different churros in the menu.

I love churros so naturally I decided to come and try it out I loved it! The employee was kind enough to place our order at the door since we didn’t know we would have to call it in. And it was ready within minutes! I also placed a delivery through them which it was equally as great. The only thing is they forgot my Cajeta but it was no big deal it was just as amazing

Visiting from LA, and found this gem of a hole-in-the-wall. Fresh ingredients, cool vibe, hospitable staff. Super-reasonable pricing too. A place like this in any trendy neighborhood would be lines-around-the-block. Bravo.

What a fantastic place to fill your sweet tooth or to grab a quick bite..Cold beers, hot coffee, and Super Service, what a great combination. Ill be back as often as I can.

Best churros in town no doubt.....One suggestion... the cardboard box used before for the 12 churro sampler absorbed the heat and preserved them crispy. The new plastic one made my churros soggy by the time I got home. We were told it was a 25 minute wait but waited about 55 minutes outside in 105 degree weather.

Absolutely horrible. Theres no parking.. You wait outside in the heat for your order. I called it in and was told 20 min. Ok thats normal. An hour later I was still standing there waiting. When my daughter got upset they told her well we have 10 orders. Come to find out our food was sitting there & they had not bright it out. Knowing we were waiting in the heat. You can see them through the glass and they have no since if urgency. We ordered when they first opened in the morning at 10am & was tpld they get there at 10 and still have to prep everything for the day. Ummm what?! Then dont open ypur doors to customers at 10? Let the customer know its going to be am hour wait time so theyre not standing there in the heat.

Its a coffee and churros place located in Segundo Barrio. We bought the mazapan, pistachio and the fairy sprinkle churros. Really really sweet so I you have diabetes I recommend you to stay away. The white chocolate unicorn drink was delicious and not to sweet at all. Its a nice cozy place. Go a check it out.
