Love it! I can get my energy boosting teas and protein shake after my workout. Ive not only lost pounds, Ive lost a lot of inches. I enjoy the high paced workout with many wonderful people. This is a great atmosphere, these people not only become classmates, they become friends. We come together to support not only weight loss but physical fitness and good health in general.I would definitely recommend this class to any friends, family, or co-workers. Amazing people and amazing results.

My husband goes here because we live close by and for what Ive seen people are just rude. The drinks are not good. its better if you buy yourself a tea from 7 11. I dont mean to be rude but youll be wasting your time here.

Please people stay away from this place. This place is just awful. They have a juice bar and the service is just bad, rude employees and they always mess up my order. Dont waste your time or money here tbh. There are better places with better customer service.
