LUSH is a company with integrity. This store will not disappoint you if you are a old fan or first timer. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The more I go, the more I love it. I do a lot of pickup orders and they always have them ready with no problem. Today, I even got a surprise extra treat with my order—a handpicked item based on my previous buys.Let LUSH pleasantly surprise you!

Great store. I havent got out much during the pandemic and decided to treat myself to a trip to Lush. The employees are doing a great job making sure that the shopping experience is safe and pleasant. So glad that I went.

We were so excited when Lush announced they’d be opening a store in El Paso!The company as a whole is ethically managed and their products are ethically sourced.The natural face masks are phenomenal and do a better job than the chemical-based products out there.The shampoos are also amazing!

I have been to many Lush stores across Texas and Washington and it is my favorite store. I was so excited when it was announced that there would be a store in my hometown, so I could have convenient access to my favorite products. However Im a little disappointed. In the last few times Ive visited the store, theres rarely any sales associates on the floor, and when I would approach them they would walk away very rudely(even though weve made eye contact) as if they dont want to be bothered (and this is on days when its not busy). Also at times they are not very knowledgeable about their products which is upsetting since almost every Lush employee Ive talked to anywhere else knows their stuff to a T. Also they seem to get annoyed when I ask for samples even though the company prides itself on unlimited samples. But I think what most concerns me is the fact that the products that are meltable are not kept in the best condition. I do understand that El Paso is one of the most hottest and driest cities in existence, but on that note they should take precautions when it comes to these specific products. The second that I touch or pickup a meltable product, it instantly liquefies on my hands/fingers. On that note, these products are kept under lighting that is main cause of them melting. I would suggest they move them to an area where they are not under these harsh lights and additionally, turn up the air conditioning to keep all the products fresh. All I want is the best for my favorite store, and I would hate for it to not succeed because it can succeed in this city. And I have been praying for a store to open up in my city for many years. Not only do I need this store here, but Im sure a lot of people do and it is very appreciated.
