Excellent product and service...couldnt be more pleased! Highly recommend!!!

We visited a little over a month ago and had a few questions regarding a kitchen we wanted to remodel. My husband and I both felt they were very condescending and decided to look elsewhere. They have nice stones but we were treated way better elsewhere.

We are remodeling our home and Piedres Mundiales stand by their work and made my wife so happy with the 10x5 foot kitchen island with waterfall mitered edges. We are difficult to please and are very happy. They also designed and matched the pattern perfectly on an entry bench. I cannot recommend them more. I’m not a friend / family but just a happy customer/ client. I would extend to Oscar to invite any client who has doubts to give me a call and I’ll be sure to convince them that it’s worth the investment. Let me start by saying these guys at Piedras Mundiales are professional, ethical, efficient, and trustworthy. I really can’t say enough about how happy I am with the stone and fabrication they supplied for us. Initially we went with a competitor who was recommended by someone to us, and we were very unhappy with the quality of the cuts and installation. PM had to take out what was there and managed to do so without damaging anything and install new counters with such precise cuts that they fit like a glove and look amazing. They also paid attention to where the prettiest parts of the slab were and installed in a way to highlight those parts. And the seams are so good you can hardly see them. These guys are stone artists. And I found they were very competitively priced. They treated me and my family with respect and we are very grateful for their hard work and their help. I was very satisfied with this company. They were very competitively priced compared to even home depot or lowes with a great selection. The whole process was quick and they had great communication the whole time. What really set them apart was the customer service, Cesar did a great job of making sure my business was appreciated.

Cesar at Piedras Mundiales provided excellent customer service. He maintained contact throughout the entire process. Appointments were met in a timely manner and cost of the stone and installation was reasonably priced. The installation was very well done. We highly recommend Piedras Mundiales products and excellent service.

I love this place! The show room is open and clean. A lot samples to choose from. The installers are respectful and quick. We had granite countertops installed in our kitchen then had our bathrooms done. Both times they did a wonderful job!

The quality this company offers is very poor.these guys installed a counter top at my moms house in a few pieces.the seams are all coming apart from where they just tried to glue them with epoxy.horrible work and very bad customer service.

My wife and I went in looking for granite and it seemed as if the staff was too occupied to answer our questions or maybe just not interested in our work. The gentleman who briefly acknowledged us acted very cavalier with us kind of making it seem like our project was too small for his time. I guess they only want to do larger jobs, but we expected professionalism nonetheless.

I highly recommend both their products and their customer service! We are very happy with our kitchen and master bath.

The only thing better than the highest quality stone is their outstanding service. From walking us through the choices to the final installation, David and his team are hands-on throughout the process. I won’t use anyone else.

Piedras Mundiales was highly recommended by my contractor. The level of customer service is top notch. They are genuine, kind, fairly priced, and their execution and follow up is excellent. They measure twice and cut once and deliver on time. Our project was a fireplace refacing and hearth.

I just did a total Kitchen remodel and Mr .David Narvaez & Oscar Narvaez;sent there crew and did an oustanding job installing a granite counter top;every detail was done with precision measurements, high quality, professional and courteous crew, I am extremely pleased with the outstanding job from Piedras Mundiales.

Extremely poor follow through. I spoke with an owner, two days later he couldnt remember ever speaking with me. Then I received a quote from them for a product and was told the owner would follow up with a call. That was 10 days ago. Still no follow up. Apparently they dont need the business.

On our first house we contacted Oscar for a granite counter top, a table, and bathroom sinks. The work was professionally done, it was in a timely matter and the price was very competitive. Very friendly and professional team.

Quality first! Piedras has done nothing, but the best work.Ive seen most of their projects around town, like the work they did on the Mills building, including the high end Anson 11 restaurant, which you should check out if you want to see just what they are working with.All the stone inside the Mills building was done by piedras. A few pieces were restored from the original design, and they did a fantastic job at that too.If you go to any restaurant or business in town with a beautiful granite top or other natural Stone surfaces, and it is a well crafted piece, I can bet you it was done by Piedras Mundiales.You can also check out their residential work on their website and their commercial video. I personally know a few home owners whom have had their natural Stone work by Piedras Mundiales, and I can tell you their work looks beautiful and adds so much more to the homes.Piedras will always be my go to for all my natural Stone needs.Big shout out to the owners David and Oscar, and the rest of their Craftsman for the incredible task of creating such pieces of art and maintaining a lively ambient for their workers.Their quality truly reflects on the personalities of everyone that participates in Piedras Mundiales operations.
