The cookie and cream shakes were great! They used to sell at my old high school so it was nostalgic to taste the shake again. Its simple, but satisfying. My only issue is the cleanliness of the establishment, in which it did not feel clean when I sat down, and I do not recommend touching the piano at the entrance. An employee left a bucket and cloth on the outside tables so we couldnt sit their either. Had to drink in car.

Amazing selection, my fiancé & I went here to have a quick late night treat. Customer service was great we were in & out. We sat outside to enjoy our frozen yogurt 😋 it was delicious. If we are in the area again we will definitely stop by.🍨

Place closes at 12 midnight on Saturdays, got there after 11 girl working there was very attentive.

The drinks are super awesome! Especially the cucumber lemonade 😋 The yogurts (on the day I went) were all runny, so that was disappointing 😕

We are not so regular patrons, but I feel that I need to post a review.We visited yesterday Craze at George Dieter Dr., for a cup of Coconut flavor yogurt, and unfortunately the flavor was not right, it actually tasted like the yogurt was already spoiled. That is my comment. Thank you.We have always enjoyed the different flavors they have, including Coconut. That is why we noticed the difference yesterday.

I LOVE craze! If I could rate it higher I would!! They are so friendly. The ambience is so chill and relaxed. They are pet friendly, I took my dogs and were very accommodating. They are also very kid friendly, they have a little section for kids & offer several games. But the games are also for the adults and teens. And the food is all super good! Much better than Menchies

This place was so clean and organized. They had a great selection of toppings. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The yogurt tasted delicious and the fact that I was able to sample all the flavors was a big thumbs up for me. The clerk was extremely kind and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

Food is decent but a promised 10 minute wait turns to 30, turns to another 10, turns into let me see what we have available. Honestly I should have taken a picture because the restaurant was operating at 75% of its capacity and it uses technology to text and track for a waiting list. Since its a holiday and they have a way of analyzing workload I would think they would be better prepared at receiving a larger crowd. Or maybe the appeal is to make there customers wait and to pull off the exclusive feeling which either way I have no desire to go back...

Went in today at around 9:20pm, and as I was trying to get fresh tart I was informed by an employee that they had already cleaned it out. I asked if they’d be making more and she said no, I asked why if they didn’t close until 10 and she proceeded to tell me that they actually close at 11 and that they had already cleaned the machine. Mind you, my boyfriend tried 2 other flavors and they were also out. I’m usually here all the time but after today I’m just going to go across the street to Menchie’s.

First time here and it was great, flavors are super good and there’s dairy free options. I highly recommend the Tahiti Vanilla topped with honey!Topping bar was fresh with many options. The owner and employees were super sweet.We will be returning to Craze the next time we’re in El Paso!

I stopped here with my young kids just after lunch, about 12:30pm on a Thursday afternoon and we ended up leaving before we made it in the door because of the extremely explicit music blaring from the speakers outside. I don’t give a one star review lightly because I know that businesses rely on ratings, but I was really disappointed by the vulgarity of the music choice, especially in the middle of the afternoon in a public shopping area right across the street from children’s clothing stores.

Whenever I go in everything is so dirty, all the toppings are old. The restroom is also dirty, i’ve heard many bad things about one of the mangers too. Never going back.

Funny tasting expensive yogurt

Perfect place for a date night or for some yummy treats with the peeeeeps! They are open late on Sundays so we were excited to check it out!We were greeted as soon as we entered by the friendly employee even though she was busy assisting other people. We headed towards the register since we were not getting yogurt. If you are getting yogurt, it is self serve, and the cups are right in front when you walk in.We looked over the menu and there are more then plenty of drink options and so it was hard to pick just one! I ended up getting a medium iced vanilla chai latte and the hubs got a medium cucumber lemonade drink. Our total was $6.87, so not bad!We sat down to wait for our drinks and there are several game boards to play with while you sippp / eat. We decided to play connect four and tic tac toe. There was a group of people also playing games and playing the piano as well.Our drinks did take a while for the girl to make since she did take on a couple orders after us. I think she was the only one working so everything was on her. Overall service was good and the drinks were great! It was pretty busy as well as people would come and go.

They will get your attention with the loud music and the cool lights but once you go in the rude employees are on their cell phones not even noticing that two of the flavors are expired and kerneled. You can get people sick like that.

I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes yet no one has opened the door. I called and checked the time they open and on Saturdays they open at 11:00am . No one answered theres a sign stating open on the window and no schedule in the door . Very disappointed once they decide to open I will still have to wait on the yogurt machines

6/1/17 - Today was my first time going to Craze and I loved it.

I do not like frozen yogurt. I go to this place because the yogurt is combination of ice cream and yogurt. I would reconde this place to a person that does not like frizen yogurt but likes ice cream.

Great concept and self service with slot of different toppings. I definitely recommend.

Came here with my family because we really wanted frozen yogurt. But as we were getting our samples we noticed how dirty everything was. The serving areas, drains, floors, walls. Everything was sticky and dirty. We ended up leaving before getting anything.

Very horrible place, the employees are always joking and playing around, Ive been here twice and the yogurt is al melty, my sister ordered a coffee and it was cold.This is my last time coming here.

Every time we get to any craze theyre closed 30 minutes before actual closing time. Its not okay to have it say closing at 11 pm for example, and we get there 10 30 & its closed. Might as well say it closes at 10 30.

After living in hawaii it was great to find a place that was just like yogurt land!!!!

There are a a lot of yogurts and ingredients to chose from and since you pay your yogurt by weight its perfect for going after a meal, even if wont fill your bowl.
