The flavors didnt really wow my family and I. The sorbet is bitter and nowhere near as creamy as expected, and any gelato with chocolate in it tastes the same regardless of name. The employees seem a little out of it as well and did not quite know about everything listed on the menu. Or maybe they didnt want to do the extra work? My sister wanted a banana split and they looked surprised at getting the request, she also did not get any of the toppings listed until she asked for them and even then not everything was included and it was mostly melting by then.Overall, both the service and gelato are mediocre at best, we probably wont come back.

I have been here several times. It is so hard to choose with so many options. Great place for a sugar fix. Kudos. Support local.

So tasty! They have so many choices and all of them look so tempting. I got the strata cella and my friend got the tiramisu ( great if you like coffee). The small size we the perfect amount! Definitely coming back!

I Love Gelato! It’s a cute small place to get Gelato, it’s basically ice cream, just slightly healthier. It tastes so good! Not a lot of space inside, but the staff is really nice :]

Im giving only four stars to this Gelato place because I ordered a double cone and one of the flavors tasted like its been a while on the freezer. It was pretty unpleasant. The second flavor was so much better. I tried the tres leches cake and it was really good.

Gelato was great...staff member couldnt stay off his phone and then disappeared to back...the location was in such an odd place almost missed it

While visiting El Paso we came across this amazing family friendly and very artisanal gelateria. I would always eat chocolate gelatos but, encouraged by the owner, I tried the fruit gelatos. Wow, the guanabara (soursop), passion fruit, and mango gelatos can transport you to the tropics. My daughters and I also tried the tiramisu gelato and the are no words to fully describe its amazing flavour, so good!!! Also the cheesecake brownie are to die for. Nonotelo has so much to offer from the delicious treats to great costumer service. I will surely come back!!

Its not unusual to see several cars in the parking lot as patrons (im)patiently wait their turn to enter the small store due to COVID protocols. The wait is well worth it! Gone are the free tastings (I hate THAT). There are so many intriguing choices that you simply wont find anywhere else, which makes choosing hard. You can opt to combine different flavors and I say... Go For It!I make sure that I always get a scoop of their signature flavor Nonotelo, which I understand has its basis in Middle Eastern Cuisine. The owners hail from Argentina so you will find many of the exotic flavors from that region also.The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Go ahead and treat your friends, your family, or even just yourself.

It is delicious. The gelato flavors are very good and they have chocolate creamy flavors and fruit flavors. They have tiramisu and brownies and tres leches cake. The atmosphere is inviting and clean.

If you guys love mexican ice cream this place is perfect for you! Ive only seen mamey ice cream in Mexico D.F. so seeing them have this flavour blew my mind. They also have their specialty ice cream which is obviously called nonotelo and it is super good and both arent extremely sweet if you are looking for something less sweet. They have a variety of flavors and some sugar free options. They have great customer service and were very patient with me and my family as we tried a variety of flavors.

My husband brought me here for my birthday. As soon as I came in Daniela welcomed me with a big smile and offered me samples. She helped me pick out my flavors and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. This is the type of service we need everywhere. Clean place. Will be coming back soon! Thank you ☺️

This place is AMAZING and flavorful! The employees are extremely welcoming. They welcome you in and thank you as your walking out. They offer samples. They have numerous flavors and not to mention they switch them up weekly. You will not be disappointed. The place is clean and tidy. Its definitely different from all sweets El Paso has to offer. Their brownies are always fresh and full of flavor (I love how big the slices are as well). If you are a coffee lover, then their tiramisu cake is a must-try! Im not even kidding when I tell you I am salivating writing this review when thinking about their gelato, its just that good. I had the passion fruit and blackberry and what a match made in heaven they were. I am glad that I finally stopped in to try their gelato and cant wait to take others for a sweet snack.

The best gelato / ice cream in El Paso, period!

I had the Lemon Creme milkshake and it Blew me away. It was everything I didnt even know I wanted. It was my first time visiting but well definitely be back.

I have been here a few times and each time I am greeted warmly. I am diabetic and theses place has sugar free choice which I love. Today they only have tamarindo and while it is a good flavor I wasn’t feeling it but the employee offered more flavors they had in the back !! Amazing customer, highly recommend place for everyone even diabetics!

Great gelato

Had high hopes for this place, nonotelo is a nono for me. Lacking flavor, tried four different ones and the flavors did not come through. Ice cream was not smooth nor creamy.

Yummy!!! And so many great options!The peach sundae is my new favorite though.They are prepared for Covid. I appreciated their systems in place.

I have Never had a bad experience with Nonotelo when it comes to their exquisite gelato flavors/choices or with their EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I recommend this place to All my friends and family and even to those asking for a great ice cream/gelato place to go to here in EP. Theyre very generous, kind, understanding and hard working. I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!

Never been disappointed with the handful of times weve been here! Our faves right now are the Bombon & Malaga (rum raisin) All the fruit ones are on point too! Tried the guava today and perfect like always.

Girl attending was really friendly, wanted to try all the icecreams but i had to stick to the sherbets (lactose intolerant 😭) they brownie was nice and warm, will be going back next chance i get.

The employee was very nice and patient...he (as he is part of the family of the owners) was very knowledgable. I will be going again even though it is on the west side...He mentioned possibly coming to the east side...I hopenthey do...sooner rather then later.

Delicious gelato and yummy flavors!

I came to this place out of curiosity since I used to work there when it was a Circle K. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young lady behind the counter. She had a great smile and was very understanding that it was our first time ordering gelato. She explained the various types of gelato and deserts. Its a small menu but they have a great display and theres plenty of flavors to choose from. I went with the three scoops and I felt like it was more than enough, and I eat a lot. The gelato was very good, I went with the sorbet flavors. The seating inside can be a little inadequate especially if theres a rush, also parking can be tricky. But the restrooms are new and maintained, and the lobby has a bright and open feel to it. Next time Im in the mood for some gelato I will be going there again.

This was a great gelato spot for El Paso. There are some traditional flavors, but also some new ones to me, that use some Mexican fruits and flavor profiles. There are some sugar free options, but didnt get to try those yet. Hopefully well be back to try something new soon! Glad theres another gelato place in this part of town!

My husband and I fell in love with the incredible and gourmet flavors of the ice cream! It’s by far the best ice cream in El Paso. Not to mention the very friendly and warm owners/workers.
