Great people, always clean

Horrible customer service. The girls supposedly offering customer service always have to have the last word. Customer is never right, they screw things up and never know how to fix it. The male clerks are so eager to sell that they screw up everything too. Sales first, customer is not their priority. Skip this MetroPcs store completely. Not worth the headache!

These people will give you the worst customer service ever!! They told me they would take back a phone I bought from them, then gave me lots of trouble about it. I also have had multiple times when they overcharged my account and I had to spend my time fixing their mistakes.

Well IAM going to be very sincere, the times that I have gone to that store, Miss Ruth has always helped me, I dont have an eyebrow from Her, so they would have to work, anybody is AN employee to follow (I said case closed)
