I took my 2020 Kia Forte GT in to Viva Kia on 7 September for a check engine light and no power thinking there was a problem with the transmission. I was greeted by Caesar and he asked what I was bringing my car in for and I explained what I thought the problem was. Upon the technician reading the codes it was discovered the turbo was not producing any boost. Caesar explained that it would take a week to get a turbo in and then 2-3 days to get it installed and checked to make sure that fixed the issue. I was expecting it to be around 23 September when my car would be done but Viva Kia got the turbo in and had the car ready for me to pick up on 17 September. Caesar and the service department at Viva Kia were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend taking your Kia there if you need service.

Dont waste your time. Called concerning financing over phone because I live out of town. Good credit, nice trade in. Dude was too busy to call me back. Called him to check in and was told again that he has other costumers and would call me back when he was done never heard from him. Ended up going through Kelly Grimsley and was approved in 10 minutes over the phone. After living in El Paso for over 7 years before moving Im disappointed.

I had taken my Kia to another local Kia servicing department twice and received horrible service, so scheduling my appointment with Viva Kia I was a little apprehensive. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and helped by Cesar. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me the estimated time it would take for the completion of the service. He emailed, text, and called me with recommendations and let me know what they had done to include all of the regular service checks. I am very pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend bringing your Kia to Viva Kia!

I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change weeks ago. My car was also going to get other things checked out. I show up early to the appointment time and I get told that the appointment had been changed 3 weeks out. I did not receive a phone call or an email telling me any of this. I planned my day around this appointment. Very unprofessional to change someone’s service appointment without informing the client. Not to say, very inconvenient for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in for work and they said they fixed it and I got it back it definitely was not fixed or even anything done to it. I also traded in that car for a new car and it’s been over 3 months they have not paid off the old car. My credit is being ruined now and I don’t want anyone to go there.

Definitely do not recommend this dealership I purchased a vehicle July 27 with salesman Lee. The vehicle I purchased was 4k-5k over MSRP and was brought into the lot as a borrowed vehicle from a kia customer the day I purchased it. It had already 80 miles on it and had 1/4 tank of gas. I was told I would get my tank filled get a detail and also get mats and my second key. Were already in September and have not received anything other than the second key every time I try to get in contact with my salesman he doesnt respond to my text messages or doesnt return my phone calls. Only way to actually get in contact is having to drive there myself. Also if trying to purchase a vehicle here be aware that when they run your credit they will only run it through Kia Financial and tell you that its the only rate that the banks are offering. I got a better rate with who Im banking.

I came here for service and had to spend a good chunk of change $$$. Thankfully, I didn’t feel shaded by the service department having to do this process without my husband whose in Korea. Caesar and John (the manager) were nothing short of amazing. Explained all the charges, honored military discount without question, and lended me a loaner while my car was being serviced. Got my car back cleaned and vacuumed and it runs like new. Definitely recommend 10/10! Thanks so much you guys for all your help.

I took my car in for service yesterday and John Sanchez, the service manager, was extremely nice and helpful. I needed an oil change as well as my power steering checked out. I knew I needed other things done as it had been awhile since I had done some fluid changes. He came back later and confirmed it. I definitely need my belts changed due to the noise heard when starting the car or making turns. Since it was going to take most of the day, he helped set up a ride home as well as a ride back to Kia. I picked it up yesterday afternoon. Chris Castillo in service went line by line in detail of all the services done which was very nice. When I had questions on some, he explained them to my satisfaction. And when I started the car this morning, the noise was gone and the car drove so great. Acceleration, power, sounds, and the overall feel of my car made it feel almost new again and my car is a 2005 car! To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. Kia service did such a wonderful job on my car. I will use them again and I encourage you if you have a Kia, take it here for service.

On May 6th, my birthday, I received an impromptu gift at VIVA KIA IN El Paso, TX!We purchased a Kia Sportage!The experience was MEMORABLE indeed!At the door we were greeted by Mr. Agustin Flores, the salesman. Nancy was amazing she took care of everything before I even got to the dealership. There was a slight hiccup with financing but Orlando fought hard to ensure I didnt need to trade in a vehicle and lowered my APR more than what I had expected. Mia also helped keep everything organized and ensured I was filled in on any miscues that there may have been. Overall this was the least amount of hassle I have ever had a dealership and will continue to do business here.

I also gotta hand it to Armando Garcia the sales manager because he made it possible to speak to caesar. John Sanchez is also very helpful unsure about his position. (Could be a secratary issue) Although i know you are very busy callbacks more frequently would be appreciated even a text. My cars in for repair. I had no complaints the last time around when getting an engine replacement it ran smoothly. Im sure you all will do an excellent Job!

I hate giving bad reviews however I have came to Viva Kia 3 times since I’ve been in El Paso and it’s always been something. This time I scheduled an oil change three days ago I showed up today to find out they didn’t even have me in the system and I would have to wait an hour and a half before they could assist me. This is the third time something like this has happened so I will no longer be bringing my business here for now. I hope that things improve over time and that I can give a better rating at one point but as of today I am very much so a dissatisfied customer with this branch of Kia.

Wanted a Rio S hatchback they didnt have in stock, figured theyd do a dealer swap or factory order. As it turned out they had a customer return like new with factory warranty EX model for about the same price as the car Id asked for. No stock? Problem solved.This was a simple cash deal. Should be real quick and easy, but auto sales managers usually want to drag it out trying to sell you stuff you dont want hoping you aint got the guts to tell em NO. No problem with that here. Jennifer (sales) kept on top of everything to keep it moving. Jesus (manager) did the same -- and even spotted a misunderstanding in the deal wed agreed to and changed it to save me about $40. Couldnt have asked for better treatment.Five stars. Real easy.And BTW, I did my homework. In its price range, the 2018 Rio hatchback (especially the S model) is better value at its price point than any of its competitors. A fairly recent major redesign where they got nearly everything right.

The car buying experience and service was easy. The only complaint is that although I leased my car in September i have not gotten my license plates and it is May. I have had to get temporary plates 4 times and have called multiple times. Each time I go in I am told i will receive a phone call by the end of the week and it never happens. At this rate my lease will be over and i will have to turn it back in. This is my first Kia and although I love it, I would not be back to this dealership unless something changes

This dealership is very shady. Do not buy a car here. The management acted very unprofessional and lied about the financing of our vehicle. Once we went back the pricing of the car changed along with the vehicle warranty. When we said we no longer wanted the vehicle they blocked the car in and would not return our trade in. We are still pursuing legal actions against them. I would stay away and read all your paperwork carefully. Beware of the managers they speak badly of Casa but if you need to purchase a Kia go to Casa instead.

Each time I have had great customer service. The buying experience was pretty good. There was a little mix up with paperwork that we had to return to fill out a form, that is the only hiccup i have had here.More impressed by the service department, each time I have had a good experience. My preferred customer service rep is Cesar. Yes its pricey, and yes you have to wait but that is the cost of owning a vehicle and proper maintenance.
