I recently took my Camaro in for diagnosis for the passenger seat getting stuck forward and they discovered that it was a bad switch. I asked the manager, Sergio, how much the switch would cost since he had just got off of the phone with Chevy dealership and was quoted the price. He told me $85 even though he knew the price was $59. I know this because I requested a copy of the invoice and my old part for verification. When I confronted him about it, he said he could charge me what he want and didnt have to show me. In addition, he quoted me higher hourly labor rates as well so basically he dishonestly over charged me.I would not return nor do I recommend any fellow military service members to use this business.

Great customer service and prices are really fair. I’ve gotten an oil change with synthetic oil and they also cleaned my headlights at reasonable prices. Hopefully, XPA will be my go to mechanics while I’m here in ElPaso☺️
