I was quoted a lesser price over the phone that charged. My fault right, for not getting the name of the person I spoke with? When I asked for a military discount, I was told I was getting the best price already. This was my first time buying from RAM STEEL and I will not return. Product is good quality, service not so much.

Im giving you two stars I ordered $800 worth of material from you you refuse to take credit over the phone understandable made me go and drive over there under the impression that you were going to deliver the following work day which was Monday no delivery on Monday had workers ready to install material had to pay him then I called you to get delivery date and you were unable to give me that so now its a big mystery as to when youre going to do your free delivery. Expect to get a complaint through the better Business bureau you made me waste money and I want a reimbursement.

Very friendly and helpful. Great prices and good work ethic. I get all my steel from here. Just make sure you arrive with a vehicle that can transport big sizes of steel.
