My parents spoke to Nicole Esparza she gave us half of the information. Did not explain everything in detail and still she decided to run the credit. Absolutely no update and no calls from her. My parents had to reach out. Awful service from this young lady. Mind you she is one of the top sales person...well now we know why. I would give them negative stars but unfortunately you cant . My parents did speak with the manager and at least he did gave them the correct information.

Me and my Husband are incredibly happy with the work Nicole and her team did for us to be able to get our home! Very patient, explained to us how everything works, answered any and every question we had. Without a second thought I would return if I ever want to purchase a second house :)

Highly recommend, the staff is friendly and very helpful, They worked with me on my budget and my situation in terms of delivery, they’ve been very attentive with taking care of any issues with the house after the delivery. It can be a very scary and nerve-racking process but the employees there will help you get through it.

If there was anyway to give this Lemon Lot of sales I would give them a negative 10. This has been a nightmare since the beginning they use Corvid 19 as an excuse.... they have yet to finish up the move in repairs found wires that were not connected which could have caused a fire. Master bedroom ceil fan was installed but to wires go to it also a whole wall side with no power. When ordered the house order white tile 7u months later we get the POS with all wrong kitchen tile along with lay out. sold us that Clayton was or is top of the line manufacture home.. WRONG this house is a money pit along with the unprofessionalism staff from Jason to some Joke John to Belen. Stay away from this place also the one in Las Cruces are the same jokers. When you call one gets the run around................... AGAIN STAY AWAY.... I am looking into a class action civil suit if things do get fixed soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO!!Nobody has responded to these issues with seriousness and the incompetence has been there from the beginning. They push and push annnnnd shove for the sale but after the closing, you’re on your own.Mis papas an batallado mucho, si pueden evitar el mal servicio de este lugar. Aganlo!

Ive been so disappointed in my decision in choosing New Start to purchase my forever home. The main reason I did choose them was because they have their own into town maintenance crew and they use this as a selling point bringing up the fact that other companies maintenance crews come from out of town and will take months to fix something. I have experienced nothing but months of wait time to get things fixed. Also the girl in the front is so uneducated and does not know how to handle a frustrated, upset customer, saying sorry like a mad little teenager instead of hearing me out and sincerely apologizing. I really didnt want to give a bad review, I have held back, but this is it.The owner called me back today saying that I can go through the manufacturers, I asked if he was basically getting rid of me and not wanting to deal with he said no but again continues to tell me to go to the manufactures to fix my leaking roof. Also I have told them since the home was delivered that the hall lights stay on. He said he did not want to hear my whining and hung up on me. He also got upset because I called the secretary a little girl, I am at least 10 years older than her so considered her a little care especially since she does not know how to talk to people or how to capitalize proper nouns in her emails. I did not call her dumb, I called her a little girl.

I was very impressed with the overall service with the deal.Orlando was my salesmen and was ALWAYS helpful and kind.I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in a mobile home of any kind.They got my old home sold to make room for the new one.Thanks for everything you all did.

Got charged for application process when down the street in Clayton they dont so in my personal opinion if companies have to charged for something that there competir doesnt,Not the place to look for your forever home or investment home i went for an investment home and due to being a investment home that bank need more down,(not sure if it true) once again in my opinion if you want to sell you work with the customer and or bank.

All the model examples were horrible examples no ac in any of them, so you had to go and out fast due to the heat. They were also very pricey. Needs work. The sales man was very nice, just take off the mirror glass during discussions its weird looking at yourself talking.

They refuse to replace the windows. Their excuse is that the manufacturer has too many to make to send them ones to replace the worped ones in my home that the wind whistles through. other problems. Told me that I would have to go through HUD if I wanted any thing resolved.

I did not like that I wanted to buy a mobile home and they asked me for a deposit without explaining anything to you before and I had to cancel for k they asked me to pay the payments before delivering the mobile home and as it did not seem they took 500 dlls from the deposit I had Given the truth, I do not recommend it, I recommend k before giving money, ask for k, then they charge you, and no, I do not recommend it.

In my case, very bad experience, very bad service and very inrresponsible peopleWe acquired a mobile home on March 10, the house was delivered to usBut they brought us with pure liesWe made the deposit on December 6 2019They said they were going to deliver the house to us in a month And it wasnt like that it was until MarchOnce the house was delivered, several things happened, they broke the cement where we put the mobile home and they did not want to be held responsible.When the house was handed over to us, the people who were accentuating the mobile home broke the roof inside, specifically the one in the living roomThey said they were going to fix it and if they fixed it but it was fatalDetails are still coming out of the mobile home and until now it is not to come fix themAccording to we have a one-year warranty with them but they do not respond, they say that they will come and they do not comeThat place to buy is a disaster and the sellers do not tell
