Casa Medical is our go-to place. Sure, it is a little pricey but quality, convenience and service come at a cost. We are OK with that. (The lesson on how to put on the compression socks was particularly appreciated!)

Very rude staff. Seems none of them have manners. They are not helpful and they take their sweet time to call you back. Supposedly your insurance does not qualify for certain supplies. I went to another medical supply facility was able to fulfill my prescription without any delays or through my insurance provider and exactly the item that I wanted.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped us with exactly what we needed without trying to upsell us on anything. Their prices were also very good.

This place is amazing! I needed Compression hoses for my mother post Total Joint replacement. They provided me with several options and were super helpful. The employee I spoke with, Jacob, was astonishingly helpful. I explained my circumstances and he immediately had solutions and suggestions, and patiently walked me through all the details of my various options. After speaking with Claudia twice regarding a nebulizer I came in on a Friday and Jacob helped me with the purchase. I purchased three bed pads and a nebulizer. Needed to buy a nebulizer and they had them in stock at a great price. The employee who helped me was super friendly and helpful and even knew what accessories I needed. If I had just bought the nebulizer itself without the employee assisting I wouldnt have had a mask for treatments - the employee made sure I also had a mask. The store also was well-stocked with other medical supplies and home assistance devices. Ill be shopping her again because I was so impressed with the service I received. Service is bi-lingual so this is a great place for English and Spanish speakers.

Thought this was a good company until they refused to process a Enteral feeding formula for my son because the formula is too expensive and supposedly my Insurance company won’t pay enough for the formula prescribed by my son’s GI, Claudia just informed me: My boos is not interesting in supply your formula just look for another company. Company just let me waste time 3 weeks waiting for nothing. Now need to star the process with other company and waste more time in this.
