My Daughter loves her piano lessons with her music teacher David.He is very knowledgeable not only does he teach piano,but a variety of instruments like guitar,violin etc.,and his mother Vicky is very nice,its a pleasure doing business with you.

As a student and young musician I got to say that this place is just terrible. I got a shoulder rest for my viola and it didnt fit so I went back to get it replaced after a concert I had. I arrived at 4:30PM and it was closed even though its supposed to close at 5:00PM. I went on vacations and came back hoping that Id be able to finally get it. I went at 12:30 PM and it was still closed. They supposedly open at 11:00AM. This place is an absolute joke. I do not recommend this place

For a place that calls itself the music store, they dont even really cover the basics when it comes to their selection of inventory. Very limited selection on even the most basic of Necessities like strings, pics, cables, and other miscellaneous accessories. I think they had a total of 4 four five instruments in the entire store, and very low quality at that. I hate being critical of locally-owned businesses, because I truly believe in giving the local small businesses every opportunity to succeed, but even as an amateur or hobbyist musician, they dont even really have an adequate selection of the absolute most basic essentials.

Great place to get whatever you need for your instruments, any kind, and also a really friendly staff, they treat us as Family, thank you very much.I really recommend this awesome place.

I went into Strings and Things to have my sons violin repaired. It had been left in the car and all of the glue melted. I stated that I knew nothing about violins and asked point blank if it was fixable or if I should just buy a new one. I was told they could fix it no problem. I called to make sure it would be ready when I was told. Thats when I was informed that it needed an additional repair. I was surprised that I hadnt received a phone call about it. I guess they have no problem with their customers showing up and the product not being ready. I let it go, approved the extra repair and showed upon time. When I showed up, they told me the violin needed two more repairs and would never be the same. The guy told me I wish that your son would be able to play comfortably, but he wont with this. In the same conversation he told me he could sell it in his store for $150. So, they sell instruments that arent good quality????? The guy was not very friendly and was not helpful even when I explained that I came to him as the instrument expert and he should be helpful, not frustrate me. He was offensive and didnt seem to care if I was happy with the repair or not. Bottom line is I dont care if I have to order orchestra supplies from France, I will NEVER step foot in this shop again.

We took a flute to strings and things to repair two problems my sisters flute had. They took over over two weeks to fix just one of the problems. When we went to pick it up, the flute was not completely fixed and it was not ready, and when i told the lady that was working there thought it was of laughing matter.

Outstanding customer service, and very reasonably priced merchandise. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to maintain or wants to buy an instrument.

Poor service, the store was closed at 4.00pm, a lady told as to come back at 4.45pm they were closed for the day. I will order my daugther violin online. Waste of gasoline and time thank you for nothing

They didnt offered to put the string that i purchased, i would ve paid but no they were somewhere else all of them.

Ive been here a few times. Theres a terrible selection of pretty much everything in the store, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and twice now I have purchased something and it got charged more than once for that purchase. When trying to get the issue fixed I called the store, asked to speak to a manager but was denied and was told to leave my number for the manager, and never recieved a response. I had to call my bank so they could directly contact the business and get my money back.
