If youre looking for lights, fog machines, stage bars, DJ consoles, master consoles, microphones, speakers, headphones, microphone stands, carriers, everything you can think of for a great show, performance this is the place you want to go if you live in El Paso. Customer service is great, and not to mention...you can put something on hold and they only require 50% down until you pay it off.The guy that helped us was very attentive and answered all questions. He even took the time to show us the lights and fog machine and how all the lights work and how you can control it.Overall it was a great experience, I think we had found our new favorite place to buy consoles, speakers, microphones and lights.

Im a decades old customer. But 1st visit since Covid. Clerk met me 2 steps in. i was wearing mask n gloves. And he wore mask. Quickly taken to select wanted item. Overall, inventory qty reduced. But v wide, if not wider selection. Sm items all in or behind cases. Other safety features at checkout. Only 1-2 other customers in store while i was there. They have always valued their customers. Now even more.

I found this place pretty much like Guitar Center but just a little cheaper in prices on a few things. Nonetheless, I view the two as equals and I will shop at both stores. What one may not have something, perhaps the other will. I enjoy both very much!

Terrible service here. The lady at the front did not care on what I had to say what so ever. She did not allow me to rent a projector when it had been called for in advance. She confused the call with someone else they had on the system. The manager did not help at all either. Do not recommend at all and will not be returning.

This place is awsome, the dude there was very helpful and the selection of speakers and audio and video equipment is just great. Honestly there was a guy there I think his name is Gilberto that explained everything and prepared a quote and gave us a great price. Best place to find audio/video equipment.

I called in to discuss financing options, and with out even asking, the owner (moron) of the company automatically assumed I was trying to sell something and then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried to buy local and got a slap in the face. This is why local owned businesses cant make it in El Paso. They have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. Guitar Center just earned themselves a new customer.****Follow up****So I received a reply from HB asking me to forgive their misunderstanding of the conversation that took place over the phone. Being that I spoke with the owner over the phone and have no idea who it is that responded to my review... I can say this: I will never set foot in this store. If the person who replied to my review had heard the phone conversation that took place, they wouldnt dare ask me forgiveness. The owner has burned me and has earned my word of mouth to keep everyone away from this place. No one should be treated this way... by anyone. I hope this business that has been around for over 30 years goes under and the owner take a look in the mirror and realize how stupid she is. Realize what an error in judgment she made, and hopefully never has an opportunity to deal with another potential customer ever again.

This Place is Horrible.. I ordered a Dj table and for a whole 1 month 2 weeks, they would tell me it had been ordered but the order was just delayed. I get to find out the owner never placed my order due to waiting on more customers to place orders for him not to pay the shipping cost.... this place is s waste of time, and not to mention very irresponsible... worst experience ever..

This place is a big waste of time!!! Ive been waiting here for 30 minutes and nobody even acknowledges my existance. Then I finally get greeted by the salesperson who completely FORGOT to order the stuff I needed 3 weeks ago. Daniel took care of that then, not his fault. However, I just want to check on my special order which was placed 3 weeks ago. And did I get that... no. There was a lady (employee) reading a book instead of helping customers. Anyways, my order is still not here (which is PRE PAID IN FULL) and nobody from this place ever calls me to update me on my order status. I have to actually go down there and wait for nothing to happen. Save yourself the hassle and buy from Phoenix!
