I was sitting in my O.W. Lee chair this morning enjoying a beautiful fall day when I became aware of the furniture. We have had the furniture for 13 or 14 years and it has been exposed to the elements all that time. I was stunned as I thought back to the purchase. There was a great selection of furniture and the owner said this set was very good value. We live out doors for nine or ten months of the year. We put the covers on the furniture usually only in January and February. Ever representation by the store has proven to be true. I wish every consumer purchase had worked like this.

Went there in April and purchased a patio set and cushions. The set was ordered and available for pick up in a few weeks.I had to wait almost 60 days for my cushions to arrive because the owner waited 30 days after my purchace to order them.I called several times while waiting and was told on more than once they would be in the store shortly. I was consistently lied to.Bottom line: good product, non-existent customer service. I will not be back to this establishment.
