I dropped my car off with El Reno collision works and they had my car fixed earlier than the estimated time, Carrie was the one who helped me through the entire process and was so nice and helpful. The shop was clean, welcoming and everyone was awesome. I highly recommend using them, I know we will for all of our future car needs.

I’m very satisfied with their work. I would do business with them again if I need their services,and also recommend them to people who need body or paint repair on their vehicle.

Do not use them. Maybe they just cannot work on European cars, but I brought them my car to repair a dent, they fixed the dent. But, I had to bring it back a second and third time. The second time I had a wind whistle on the driver side door where the dent was. They fixed that and then brought it back a third time because they broke the locking mechanism on my door. They not only told me that none of the issues they caused were their fault, but also didn’t fix the locking mechanism. I’m now going to the one in Yukon and they are addressing what el Reno collision broke. I have nothing against these people, just take responsibility for your actions and don’t tell me you can fix a car that you cannot.

The same night El Reno was hit by a tornado, I hit a deer with my truck. Just days later, Carcraft was working on my truck, and completed the job quickly and did great work. Id recommend them to anyone!

Awesome place and awesome people!! They fixed my husbands truck perfectly and I got a small Dent in my door after 2 months of owning my new car, took it to them to get an estimate and they made it less noticeable at no charge!! All of my car repair needs will be given to them 😁

I was recommended to this place after I was rear ended by a liberty mutual insured driver for repairs, by Liberty Mutual. If I were you, I would not have my car repaired here. Worst customer service in an auto service industry I have ever experienced. They delivered the repair when repairs were flawed. Had to go back for warranty work. Promises about time frames for completion go unfulfilled. Service manager upset with me for being a person he says will never be satisfied, when all I expect is to be treated fairly and to be informed as to what to expect from them which I did not get at any time. Receptionist (Carrie) is not very friendly at all when she answers the phone. Every time I called, it was like I was bothersome to her, voice very monotone. When calling, they do not make you feel as if you are their priority or even a potential customer for that matter. Be careful here, dont get your hopes up high.

My husband hit a 250lb+ hog one night when we were on our way back from fishing at Fort Cobb, busted the radiator, so we had it towed to Carcraft based on the highest reviews in town. They did a great job!! They had it a total of 11 days including weekends. We have State Farm and aside from the towing mix up on the insurance part, everything went very smoothly. I was notified by text of all updates. Larry was really nice and even help move 6 bags of dog food from one vehicle to another and to my surprise they even cleaned out our car really well, which I was really not looking forward after picking it up cause my kids are messy! Lol I posted pics of the before and after as well as the hog. Thanks Carcraft!

Was not impressed by the guy doing an estimate for some minor damage to my vehicle.

This is one of those places that I would rather not visit. But they are always friendly and great service. Good work and they keep you informed of the bodywork in progress.

Should have listened to everyone, charged for painting the hood and only looks like they used touch up paint. Changed for making sure everything was lined up correctly but the small changes that should have been made where left untouched. What should have taken 3 days was promised in 5 days then took 9 days. The most disturbing was the unfriendly, mostly lost person working the front desk. Just short of being rude she is snooty and lacking in regular every day customer service. Do yourself a favour use any place but here.

I will never recommend this place, they are very unprofessional! My final problem with them was the 3rd time I took my truck back I called ahead and scheduled appointment and after two weeks I called and their manager said that the insurance companies adjuster said they would not approve the repair and they just can’t fix the truck and pay for it themselves I called the insurance adjuster and he had received no call from him and he called them and my truck was fixed the next day!! Now it is at the dealership to get the rest of what they screwed up fixed correctly.

Justin great customer service the body shop is great facility all around. Take my cars there all the time only place i bring my BMW and my friends bring thier Bmw. Like i said before 100% customer satisfaction when you get the call your car is done. Justin again thanks for the great service you provide!

Wanted the charge me 2$2000 to adjust my door because they wanted to replace the door piece by piece with factory parts.

Took care of me and then some! Repaired, painted and had my car ready in the timeframe promised. Worked directly with my insurance without any hassle. Had one little issue with a door sensor that they ordered and attached after the fact without batting an eye. They stand by their work!

Perfection. Where do I start? 2016 Kia Optima, rear end collision, I was seriously thinking about taking it to OKC or to the Kia Dealership because I thought no way will it ever look the same again. Went in on my lunch break met with Larry Green and he took care of everything! He got a quick estimate, got my car in as soon as they got the assignment, and they got started. They had my rental car delivered and the keys waiting for me Monday morning bright and early so I wasnt late for work. They texted me updates throughout the process, and my car was done in 4 days, ready by Thursday. When I went to pick it up I looked it over, I also sent pics to my Stepdad who owns a classic Shelby (which they painted as well) Im a little OCD and a skeptic by nature so.. all I can say is the work was outstanding, paint matched, everything put back correctly, polished and shined, detailed from the INSIDE-OUT! It seriously looked like the day I bought it. Super fast, Super- friendly, these folks KNOW what they are doing and they anticipate all of your needs ahead of time. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone, everytime. El Reno is lucky to have CarCraft and their amazing, skilled and professional staff. Im beyond happy. Thanks Guys!! Yall are awesome!
