I came into the store needing to add a line and had questions concerning my account. Erica and Josh were very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

The store rep in Elreno was awesome. The phone rep that he had to waste an hour and half to answer his call was quick at getting stuff done and polite but the waiting time was horrible for me and the in store rep. Josh was great and kept saying he was sorry for the long wait.

After walking into ATT and looking for a new Iphone, I’ll never go to another store again.. The customer service I received from Josh was remarkable and I definitely appreciate the guy. I don’t normally leave reviews but if you need a new phone or anything, let Josh Z. get you taken care of with a good laugh and great information!

We spoke with store manager, Josh, before driving to El Reno. He verified they had in stock what we wanted and told us to see Shelby when we got there. Shelby was busy so Preston started helping us. He was very nice and professional. We had some questions about specials. He went to Josh who came put to talk with us. When Shelby was free she joined us. All three of them were very helpful. We left with exactly what we wanted cheaper than we were expecting. Shelby reviewed my account and was able to get us better insurance cheaper. It was the best in store experience Ive ever had with AT&T. I normally do everything over the phone or online because Ive had such bad experiences in their stores. This group in El Reno is exceptional. Thanks for all you did to help us.

At&t are the ones with the hidden fees. When I got my pH I asked them to put ins on my pH. Ive had nothing but trouble since I started using at&t

Excellent customer service. Harvey and Josh did everything to get our bill cheeper. They even gave us great information on specials and how to use them to our benefit. However they set up our acct completely wrong took us over an hour at the at&t store on NW expressway to get it right. DONT GO TO EL RENO they talk good game but did us very wrong!!!

Mgr was extremely knowledgeable abt the products. Caimen the associate was too & very friendly & helpful. Caimen was able to show me the difference between android & iphone & he knew which phones came out when so I knew exactly everything abt my choices. I got their at 630 & they close at 7pm & they didnt try to rush me. They talked me into insurance thank God bc I already cracked my screen. I definitely reccommend the El Reno AT&T store & ask for Caimen! I cant remember the mgrs name but he is great too!

How often have you been to a phone store and left feeling like you made a friend? The customer service provided by Preston was remarkable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the phone we wanted. We upgraded to the Pixel 4 XL and he might have been more excited than we were. After receiving our new phones we drove back to the store so Preston could help us set them up. We knew that we could have completed our purchase online or by phone but we value amazing customer service. If you are like us this is the phone store for you.

I had a great experience at the El Reno AT&T Store. Shelbi was amazing. She helped me choose the right phone for me and the accessories that I needed. Hands down the best service from AT&T... EVER... I was worried... I had placed an order online, somehow the order got lost.. We didnt want any other phones, but when we attepted to replace the order online.. the phones werent available at any store for over a 100 mile radius.... We decided to go to this location.. We were promptly greeted by Shelby and Trey, Shelby talked us through everything, and helped us get the plan and features we needed that best suited us... Although issues came up with porting our numbers, after about 2 hours of struggling, Felicia and Shelby were able to get our numbers ported.. The phones we wanted, and the customer service everyone deserves! And didnt rush us out even though we were there well after close! I truly appreciate their help!
