I needed some repair work done on my rear bumper and side quarter panel. I shopped around and ultimately chose Crash Champions. I am so glad I did. From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff was friendly and professional. Elianna took care of me through out the entire process and kept me updated on the status of the repair. Most importantly, I was paying out of pocket and Eli and the senior tech was conscious on helping me save a bit of money. At Crash Champions, I received the best service and at the best value. Eli and everyone I dealt with at Crash Champions were true professionals. They were responsive, courteous, and eager to help. I was rear-ended and usually dislike the process of going through another insurance co. and body shop, but Crash Champions exceeded my expectations. I was able to make an appointment easily, and Eli, my contact there was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of the situation. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Karen was also very efficient, friendly and super helpful.They had arranged for a rental car and the gentleman who helped me (sorry, forgot his name) was really great and actually changed cars to a cleaner, newer one when he saw the one they were giving me- to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated that.I had a great experience with CC. I hope I dont have to go back there anytime soon :) but would definitely choose and recommend Crash Champions in El Segundo.

I was referred to Crash Champions in El Segundo following an accident I was in. My insurance is through GEICO and they referred me to this location for repairs. I worked with Karen and David, who were both excellent. Karen answers calls in a very timely fashion and made me feel warm and welcomed at their shop. I worked with David on my repairs and he was very informative and well mannered. I would definitely go back here for more repairs and would recommend anyone else looking for repairs to use this shop.

This rating is based strictly off the customer service. Because of my insurances restrictions, I was not able to get my work done there. But I had chosen them because of the reviews online. Everyone that I talked to was very professional, friendly, and sensitive to my situation. What I also appreciated was that I was kept informed at every step, and all of my questions were answered. Taking the car in and out was also a very smooth process. Special thank you to Ellie and Karen for helping me so much even when I was upset at what was going on. I would definitely give them a shot with my car again, no hesitation!

Watch out for this place. I took my truck on 8/10/2020. I took pictures before leaving this place. I left my truck on Pacific Elite Collision hands thinking they were going to do a good job and a surprised that I found when I picked up my truck on 8/27/2020 . YES it took 2 weeks and days to get my truck fixed! The bumper was loose the truck goes to the side when driving on the Fwy.. theres a noise at the bottom of the truck. AND FOUND A DENT ON THE PASSENGERS SIDE AND SCRATCHES ON THE PASSENGERS MIRROR ON THE SIDE that were not on the truck when we left it at that shop.I asked to speak with the manager and he never came out!😡 I called my insurance and they had pictures when the truck was left at the shop on 8/10. The insurance has proofs there was no dent on the passenger side or scratches!Be very careful with this shop! They are very sneaky, Jesse Maytorena the director of operations. He sweet talks and makes you think he will solved the problem and then turns around and becomes a beast!Poor customer service! This place does not deserve a 4 star!! Crash Champions in El Segundo CA 90245 is a great shop to get car repair done. Pleasant people to deal with too. Excellent “match paint color” as well. Don’t recommend getting in minor fender bender, but if you do, this is the place to get it done. Thankx Crash Champions. Lizzy

Brought my car for minor paint work due to a car accident, front desk lady was nice, so was Ellie. was assigned Omar to my claim. was told itd take a week which it did. Was delivered on time but i noticed there was missing screws on in the fender well, Omar said that BMWs come like that which they dont Smh then i noticed there was new scratches on my bumper that were not there upon delivery for repairs. Omar said he would check to see if they were there before. I wash my car by hand once a week, those scratches were not there before i took the car. i left the car over the weekend was told it be ready on Monday. no call on Monday, i called Tuesday for update was told i would be called back. i reached out on Wednesday, was told car would be ready at 4. picked up my car noticed the paint job looked vey nice BUT DID NOT MATCH! my car does not have metallic paint. and you can easily see the difference in paint from fender to hood.. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PAINT

Very honest shop - they did a great job. They were fast, transparent and a pleasure to deal with and even completed the job ahead of schedule! The receptionists were polite and very clear with laying out expectations, payment and timeline. There were no surprises from beginning to end (other than the work finishing early). They have a great deal worked out with both Geico and Enterprise and the whole user experience felt well thought out and polished. One employee, Brandon, did an exceptional job and really went above and beyond. He gave me insight into my vehicle I was unaware of and was happy to take a moment to explain how the repair process actually works and exactly what goes into it. Really insightful and nice guy and is clearly passionate about automotive work. Very cool to see. If you need a repair in the South Bay, this is the place to go.

Crash Champions Collision Repair, CCCR, repaired my 2017 Ford Fusion. Not they did not just repaired the damage. They are so FANTASTICALLY skilled, prompt, pleasant, fair priced, I am beyond words HAPPY. Oh my God are they terrific. Okay, thats Chapter 1. Then, my teenager clipped his passenger side view mirror with another cars mirror. We were concerned about time without the car, bad marks on our teenagers insurance, and cost. So we took the car into CCCR and found the technician who did such great repair on our first problem. He recognized us from his desk - and we could see he set some kind of work aside and smiled, lets take a look. We walked outside to get his opinion on the damaged side view mirror. Omar studied the mirror and the surrounding area. He asked, may look behind the (cracked in many places) mirror?. Of course we said Yes. Like he was playing piano or some other instrument with which he was very familiar. He separated the cracked mirror to inspect for further damage. Can I fix this for you?. I said, Uh, depends on how much and - . He said, I wont charge you anything unless you approve what we can do. I said, Okay. Sure. He noticed the cover side of the mirror had a paint mark on it. He rubbed it and some of the paint came off. He smiled. Just a minute. He drove the car around back. We talked with the office staff, very pleasant people. Maybe 20 minutes. Omar came in to the office using the front door. Omar smiled, Okay. We said, Hi. Whats the verdict. He said, Its outside. My husband and I went outside, very curious what Omar was about to tell us. The side view mirror was not just fixed, it was polished, as was the rest of the car. OMG.Needless to say, CCCR doesnt do work for free, I mean they are a business. But they are honest, superbly skilled, well run, descent, simply incredible. We will never use another company for this kind of work.

This location has great service and awesome repair technicians. Always well informed through text throughout the process and repaired in a timely manner. From ordering to repairing a fairly shriveled car from a nearby fire it took 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

I worked with Geico Insurance to get me in contact with this preferred Body Shop. David Hoang at Crash Champions inspected my vehicle after a hit and run. He ran all the electrical diagnostics and sent me pictures of all the damaged parts in the car. He kept me up to date on when the repairs would be made. Geico recommended ordering used parts for them to replace all the broken parts in the car in order to reduce costs.

Excellent service, job was done faster than estimated, Omar and Karen took very good care or my vehicle, very smooth process, they communicated with my insurance, definitely recommended

The people here are absolutely ridiculous. I came here with my girlfriend after she got into a car accident. The service woman, Jen, literally refused to speak to me as I’m standing here with my girlfriend as she’s picking up her car. Rude and outright childish. AND they didn’t even fix everything they were supposed to, terrible service on every level.

I took my truck to this place for body work front accident when I got there to pick it up there was a big dent on the passenger door with the running board as well.The good thing i had pictures and my insurance had pictures as well before I dropped it off. Well the angry rude owner manager didnt want to take responsibility for it so I have to report it again to my insurance so they send me to another body shop this place sucks.

When I brought my car to Le Mans for repairs, I was greeted by a very friendly employee. This was the beginning of a remarkable experience that included taking care of me. I was reassured & kept informed by phone. When I picked up my car, it looked like new. This was a 2 week ordeal for me, however, the people at Le Mans helped make the experience far better than I expected because of their sincere care about me. I shall not forget them!

An insurance company sent me to Pacific Elite Collision. The firm called me to set-up an appointment. I went to the appointment to get a estimate for the damage. The company representative did not share my attention to detail when photographing the damage and seemed to dismiss my concern for shifted body panels in places other then the obvious impact zone. I was told they would have an estimate ready within an hour. I asked if they have ever worked my vehicles make and model. Weve worked on thousands of cars was the representatives comment. I am assuming that means no. After four hours I contacted the company representative asking for the estimate report but was not able to reach them. The firm never sent an estimate. These are not good signs of trustworthy company. Therefore, I found another shop for my business.

The best! They are professional and compassionate. They know youre probably having a tough time...your car is wrecked. They are kind and patient. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the awesome work. My side view mirror was broken and I had a big gash on my rear passenger side door. These guys got all the parts in next day, and had it fixed, buffed and washed same day.Excellent customer service, prompt follow up and communication. LeMans Body & Paint is the only El Segundo auto body shop in my eyes.

My experience here was more negative than positive, which shouldve been a great experience considering they were recommended by my insurance agent because theyre an auto body repair shop partner with my insurance company and my vehicle repair expenses are fully covered by my insurance company, Farmers. However it was a negative because they called me after receiving my vehicle to be repaired and told me that the total cost of my vehicle repair was approximately $1000 more than the price I was originally quoted. I asked why the cost was $1000 more than the original estimate and they basically said because there was additional damage that couldnt be detected until they began repairing the vehicle which I found to be suspect especially after signing a form that stated Id be charged $300 if I decided to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere when I dropped my vehicle off. When I dropped my vehicle off for my scheduled appointment I felt as though they were stalling, they took forever it seemed just for me to drop off my keys. During the time I waited for them to receive my keys they kept asking me if I needed a rental vehicle, which I answered several times that I didnt need a rental. Its obvious to me the bulk of their business comes from Geico and Farmers customers who need both auto body repairs coupled with vehicle rental services and of course they did an amazing job repairing my vehicles exterior back to its original condition, thats what youd expect from a place of this size and magnitude. However I would not recommend this place if youre searching for an inexpensive auto body repair shop unless youre willing to fork over an absurd amount of money for minor auto body repairs.

After someone hit our E550 AMG (BENZ), we decided to allow Elite to repair the damages. They performed excellent and walked us through every step. Brought in vehicle for a check engine light. They have a cozy relationship with Geico that resulted in miss handling of my car. They are either incompetent or malicious in my opinion. Two days after bring my car to them I need an entire new engine.

Worst experience ever. My car went for repairs and no one bothered to let me know that the car wasnt ready for pick up on the scheduled date. When i reached the center, i was informed that the car is not ready. And on that date, i was advised to come after 2 days. On the revised date, when i reached the collision center, i was told that even though the door has been fixed but the airbag is showing up on the dashboard. It needs to be fixed again and cant get the delivery of the car. Finally, the car was delivered and bills settled. Rental car returned to Enterprise Car Rental. The biggest surprise was that GEICO was told that the car has been delivered on time, which i came to know when after exactly 22 days, the Enterprise car rental, deducted amount of $100+ from my credit card stating that GEICO refused to pay for extra days. Obviously, i am contesting the charge and have stopped the payment to the merchant and have reported the matter to GEICO. This is insane and i would never recommend Pacific Elite and GEICO to anyone. Thanks
