Great service and price. Been here twice so far for my 2000 Honda Accord - Joe is honest and straightforward about what needs to be repaired and what isn’t worth it given the worth of the car. The last time I went I also asked if they do alignments. They don’t, but they took it to Jim and Jack’s Collision center down the street who did - saving me an extra trip!

Always a great experience at Joes! He can fix pretty much anything and if not, hell be honest and tell you up front instead of fixing something, charging you and then sending you somewhere else. Love Joe and his place!

After I had an oil change at Scott Robinson Honda, I was told that I needed multiple repairs on my car. I was referred to Joes by a friend to get an estimate on the repairs. Joe checked my car out and said that I didnt need the repairs and didnt charge me for the estimate! I thanked him for his honesty and told him I will definitely be going back to him for an oil change and any needed repairs on my Honda. Thank you Joe! :-)

They also dont take advantage of the unsuspecting customer by making you pay for unnecessary repairs to your vehicle and will give you honest estimates for your vehicle repairs. Highly recommended, top notch service from this small auto repair shop thats why theyre constantly busy. Even though theyre busy they still make time for their customers and take the time to repair each vehicle.Theyre lifesavers!

Took my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Joes yesterday because it was not starting properly and the engine light was on. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a dirty idle control valve which could be cleaned rather than replaced. When he hooked up the computer there was an evaporator error so he made sure the gas cap was on tight and since it was, he recommended pressurizing the system to check for leaks. Turns out there was a hose leaking which was replaced. Service was completed on time, and the final bill was within the quoted price (and very reasonable based on what Ive read). No more check engine light and car is back to its trusty ol self. Thanks Joe!

Just had my first experience there today, heres what it is in comparison to SBFord -my review of South Bay Ford:Quality Poor to fairnice waiting room and $5 credit for food every time you come in...however, last time i was in for a routine oil change, they said I needed to fix a leaky radiator ($503-$977), axle boot ($354) and transfer case ($300-$800)...seemed a little much all of a sudden...skeptical, I took it to Joes in El Segundo .. he said I didnt even have an axle boot or transfer case on my truck since its not 4 wheel drive .. he said the radiator wasnt leaking .. there was something totally different leaking and separately showed me some cracking belts...Ill never go to South Bay Ford again...check out some of the reviews for Joes and youll see what I mean...one more thing - before I wised up, they had me replace all my brakes, emergency brake and rotors .. within 6 months from having all these done, a SERVICE BRAKES warning light started to come on every time I drove the truck within 10 minutes of driving and sound an alarm like the your seat belt isnt buckled except its loud and constant .. lasts for about 15 seconds .. I told SBFord about it, they said they couldnt find records of them servicing the brakes .. I told them to look harder and after about 20 minutes they conceeded .. after the evaluation they said, sorry, we dont have the machine to fix thati got hosed by these guys for years from being trusting before seeing the light .. hopefully from this you wont have to go through the same thing.
