Man this place came in clutch today. Had to come to LA to fly out of LAX and had a blowout right before we pulled into la. Found this place close to the airport and they took us right away and got our tire fixed in just in time to make our flight. Fast and reliable

This place was so helpful and explained everything to us. We had a tire blow out and aren’t even from this area . And when I say we I’m speaking of my daughter and myself . Two females who know nothing about tires. They gave us the price point from high to low . And honestly could of tried to sell us 4 tires but they didn’t. Service was fast and BEYOND FRIENDLY . Pacific Pitt Stop is amazing. Great customer service and quick. Went it to get my tire checked out. There was a nail and they patched it up real quick. I mentioned that my elevated (window) break light was out and they replaced the bulb for me. Saved me from going to the dealership.

They identified my problems and didnt even charge me because of the simple fixes when the dealership quoted me $1300+.They definitely will be my first stop if I have any issues with my car in the future.

First time I came to the Pitt Stop it was because my car was alerting about low tire pressure. They saw me quickly and said that it was probably just low pressure. I pointed out something in the tire. He pulled it and checked to see if was any bubbling. Nothing. So he sent me on my way with no charge. Great service!Second time I went was because my coworkers tire was flat as we were trying to go to lunch. Stopped by and they saw us quickly and patched up the tire. Cost $20 even. Again experienced great service.I will definitely come here for tires from now on.

They don’t close at 4 on Saturday like their hours say they do my tire was on the rim and the guy wouldn’t even consider trying to help out would not recommend

Five (5) star service I just cant compare prices to other locals except dealership as I only been here once so thats why Four (4), but I love ❤️ Pacific Pitt Stop now as my go-to mechanic. I had my SUV serviced here just this past weekend. Regular job every 3k-5k miles, so I took it here instead if the local dealership. I dont know much about the dealership and price wise like I said but everytime I am at the car dealership its easily over $1000. Easy no matter what. Not here, I got the same job with a better service and great attention to customer service. The mechanics all seemed very friendly and helpful, also they are willing to help answer questions as well. Met the receptionist in office was extremely nice, helpful, and was honest in her opinion that saved me money in the end, Adriana thank you. So it was a great first time experience, I got my car smogged right after, passed. Completely satisfied and all service along with four new tires, now I only once have ever gotten all four tires, from the dealership, and the tires alone were 3x-4x more than the total price for the whole job I received at Pacific Pitt Stop. Super quick service! Had a screw in my tire. Pulled up with a spare on. Left with my spare in the trunk, my tire fixed and twenty dollars less in my wallet 7 MINUTES later. They also used best practices like star pattern bolting and didnt cut corners.

Super friendly staff and if theyre not too busy they can get you in and out quickly. Ive had Pacific Pitt work on two different cars. One was a quick patch job and the other one was to replace a busted tire. Both times I was pleasently surprised with the service and the work.

After losing the Wheel Lock for my after market rims I couldnt find a shop that was able to remove my wheels. I needed my rear breaks changed desperately and was completely out of options. Pacific Pitt Stop was extremely helpful from the moment I made the initial phone call to the time I drove off the lot.They were able to remove my rims, give me a new lock, and change my brakes in a few hours and all for a very competitive price. Worst car experience I have had. Went in for an oil change and the oil cap was left off. Oil everywhere and my car started smoking. Tried to speak to the manager to get a refund but he refused to call me back. Very disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could.
