As soon as the greeting at the door the customer service was bad. The young lady pre-judged me without even looking into my account. I showed her my phone, and yes, my phone was cracked in the back which is one of the reasons why I went to the store in the first place. She asked me if it was insured in which it is… But had she looked into my account of 8 years, instead of telling me that it’s going to grab a brochure and telling me it’s going to cost me $100 to get the phone fixed. When in fact, it’s only going to cost me $29 because of the type of insurance that I do have… I was told by a T-Mobile representative over the phone, to do a walk-in to get the help I needed. But, I felt very uncomfortable after talking to this young lady for only 4 to 5 minutes tops… So, I left very disappointed!!! Her negative energy was horrible!! The fish sticks at the top of the head. Because clearly this young lady does this often. So, whoever is the boss or owner of the store in particular, must be OK with the way that this store is ran… Otherwise, I think people would be much happier while working for this particular store. Change the way you do business it starts with customer service first.
Natalie had us out in under an hour and we had so much mess for her to help us with. After spending over a month dealing with ATT through Costco, and still having our plan messed up by them, Natalie was a savior. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Glad to have switched to TMobile.
Setting up an account took too long: one hour. PINs should have more security. I havent tried it yet, but you may want to try Google Fi, both for price and convenience.
I like coming to this T-Mobile. Jasmine was very helpful. My wife and I enjoyed her services. We have been here twice and will keep coming back

Whenever I visit to get help with either a new device they know how to fix the problem really quickly. I recently got a 5g phone and had some questions about setting it to 4g until 5g is more available and they were able to show me how to do this. My reasoning was for better battery since it doesnt have to switch back and forth between 4g and 5g. Ill keep this setting up until 5g is better implemented overall. Whether you have an issue that is a problem caused by T-Mobile or if it has nothing to do with theyre service, theyll be about to help or at least escalate a help ticket to get your problem fixed as quickly as possible until you switch

Ivan, if thats really his name, because he wasnt wearing a name tag and was extremely vague about who his manager is, rendered the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Ive never felt so disrespected and humiliated by a company and employee that I pay. Ivans solution to my phone issue was to allow him stick a metal paperclip into the charging port of my phone or I could leave and pay Geek Sqad to diagnose my phone. In a store full of people, he basically told me that theres nothing he could do for me and I should go. I did leave and called the store on Sepulveda where Heidi too was rude and evasive about who her superiors are and how I could contact them. Mind you, Im on vacation in Los Angeles. So, after 3 attempts, and 2 stores later June was the only person to help me and did so with respect and compassion.

Avoid this T-Mobile location at ALL COSTS!I walked in one evening at roughly 25 minutes before closing. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted; the purchase should have taken about 10 minutes tops. However I was told that the store was closing and a rude representative named Marques turned me away. While this happened, two other employees were shuffling around/talking near the back room entrance; clearly they were VERY BUSY closing....Strong work, Marques. You just lost an $800 sale.I went to another location the next day and bought my phone in about 5 minutes. I told them Marques was rude and they said, yeah, we always hear stories about that store.Avoid this T-Mobile location at ALL COSTS!
Chis is very professional and helpful. He assisted me with my friend who was coming from London, and he needed a sim card to be able to use his phone. He went the extra-mile and gave me an excellent service. He even changed shifts to take care of my friend in person.
Received excellent service here. I was warmly greeted and had an amazing rep. He was friendly and did more than was needed to make sure I was happy. I greatly appreciated it and was very happy I decided to stop here.
Ive had two very positive experiences at this branch. First when I set up my account and recently when I was looking for a new phone. The store did not have the phone that I wanted but Marquis was AWESOME!!!! He called no less than 6 branches for me until he found the phone that I wanted. My whole visit was positive, I even got a good parking space in the sometimes difficult parking lot. THANKS MARQUIS and T-Mobile. :)UPDATE Had a little issue with my phone stopped in and saw Marquis, not only did he resolve the problem he reviewed my plan and got me unlimited data at the same price that I was paying. Great service, so nice to work with someone who truly seems to care!

Completely unknowledgeable rude and dismissive. Told me my guaranteed screen protector replacement was only good while supplies lasted LOL and Id have to call the manufacturer, which of course is not true, fortunately I called another store and they ordered one for me.
Got my 3 week valid tourist SIM card here. Really great offer. Price of $30 is a little high, but value is good.

Jack messed up my JUMP upgrade in March and I have had the issue open since May (it is now September). I can not upgrade my phone now because T-Mobile wants me to return a phone that I do not have. I gave it back in March! I will update this review if the store ever resolves this problem.Edit: the store management still did nothing. I had to go to T-Mobile senior management who was able to solve the issue. The store doesnt give a damn about customers at all. Zero customer service

The Manager refused to honor a deal for 2 free iphone cases given we were buying 2 new iphones. She said it was an online offer only and did not come out to speak with us. The sales agent immediately started talking about money instead of explaining the advantages of T-Mobile over our current provider Verizon. We left the store and went to another store in Mill Creek, Washington while we were on vacation and bought the 2 phones, were given the 2 free cases by a very friendly sales associate who took the time to explain everything and told us to call her anytime with questions.
About 3 months ago I switched my family plan from Sprint to T Mobile just brought my billing them more than matched it and saved me a great deal of money monthly.I have been there quite a few times since but only for good reasons such as attachments cases stupid questions of mine about the bill which usually were me being so surprised with how low the price was and making sure it was rightTheir manager really makes this T Mobile store specifically a great location and his representatives on pointBrian who is the co manager I believe put in more than just 100 percent effort on his job and it is easy to tell. The few problems Ive had with a phone nothing to do with tmobile he was the one I dealt with and went up in above to fix the problem and was understanding as if it was his phone and that is rareSo far my service works great everywhere you can get free hotspots Im not sure for all devices I currently own a nexus 6 and I am 100% satisfied with my switch from Sprint in every aspect

The employees here were at one time genuinely helpful, provided they were available. But maybe COVID-19 made them all miserable, because today, 6/5/21, l went in for a cable, and the girl was unfriendly and curt, like she didnt want to be there. I was the only customer in the place, so it wasnt like she was stressed from being busy! Talk about service with a sneer!After the icy transaction, I went back to my car to get my ID so she could pull up my account, since l had inquired about upgrading. When l re-entered, l went to a different rep because l didnt like the other girl. But this rep was equally snooty. Then l tried yet another one and she was also cold! Three out of three. All were preoccupied and disinterested. Show some interest in helping! But no. I couldnt even deal with this so l left - and they lost a good potential opportunity to make a sale. Shape up!!

OMG!!!! This place has cost me SO MUCH heartache!!T-MOBILE COMMITS FRAUD BY SELLING USED MERCHANDISE AS NEW!!!!!!!I gave them $700 CASH for a NEW LG G3 back in August 2014. When the mgr. took it out of the box, it was DENTED & SCRATCHED!! I told them it looked USED, and I wanted the NEW one I paid for! This jerk says Nope! $50 re-stocking fee! Well, I had given them ALL my money, and the store was closing, so I figured Id just call their district manager the next day and get it taken care of....OH NO!!!!! This Jill Hamilton woman NEVER returned my calls! She AVOIDED me at EVERY turn! It has been over 10 months, and Im STILL fighting with them!!! They REFUSED to give me another phone, even though they ADMITTED that was NOT their policy, even when I have a receipt SIGNED by the manager, saying that it was dented & scratched straight out of the box!*I cannot make calls from inside my house, and have to run around the yard (even in the rain) to get a signal! So many DROPPED calls!!*I was with a patient, and my boss wasnt receiving my texts telling her he had no pulse and was almost gone. He died, and she didnt find out till that evening. She said she couldnt have me working there with that phone. I lost the BEST job I ever had! :(*So MANY things were wrong with it! Front row seats at Elton John. ****SCAM ALERT***** I wanted to purchase a tourist sim card. This T-mobile store is the closest to LAX and is the natural choice to purchase a sim card like this. That card cost 30 dollars, and you can call and send texts internationally, without any additional costs. I read about the card before I left my country, But when I asked for it, they said that buying that card in the store had an additional cost of 20 dollars for the sim card. So the total cost was 50 dollars. After purchasing the card, and later reading the very fine print on the receipt, it was clear that this was a different product. It is clear that they scammed me, because there is no information on the Internett about any T-mobile additional cost for a sim card on $20. That was a lie. They lied and scammed me. I could not text or talk internationally with that card. That would been an additional cost of $15 on that card. I would have been paying a total of $65 dollars for a card that should have been just $30. I speak perfectly English being a Cornell University graduate. I was very clear on that I wanted to buy a tourist sim card. I said it repeatedly. They were very clear on that I had to pay an additional cost of $20 dollars for a sim card in store. They repeated that lie several times, and scammed me.. I could not call or text home with this card. The card they sold me had 5GB of data, compared with the 2 GB included in the tourist card, but it served no purpose for me. I specified my needs very clearly. I could not call or text home now, and had to use my original Norwegian sim card, adding to my loss. You could say I am just a tourist, but if the bar for scamming is so low in this store, would you trust them? Can you trust that they sell you the best product that serves your needs? Or, do they just think short term profit?
Team here is very helpful. Store is clean and well maintained. Also there is pokestop nearby and free wifi while you wait. They have variety of Tmobile products. Staff helped me related to my enquiry and they explained things to me very well.
