Received terrible service here on Monday around 3:30 I had picked out a product and the associate took it and had it waiting for me at the register and i was trying out some eyeshadow testers. The associate kept hovering and watching me and then ignoring me completely simultaneously. I waited for her for a couple minutes to make my purchase but she was too busy to be bothered and I literally walked out because she couldn’t even acknowledge me to say I’ll be just a moment or anything. Seriously worst experience ever! She shouldn’t act like I’m not going to buy anything i literally spend hundreds here a month.

This was my last resort when I got a terrible skin rash due to dry weather. A cream that used to help me with this was only available at this store (for pick up right away instead of ordering and waiting for it while the rash develops and gets worse). Full of hopes and dreams (that’s how dramatic I actually fell))) and super excited to explore some new options as well I arrived here. Unfortunately the store was closed even though every website, including the company one was listing that the store was open. A lady in the store was very rude, not even “sorry” or “come back tomorrow.” Well, it’s a chain so they may not care much that they lost a potentially regular local customer. Good businesses care not only about quantity but quality of customers and community connections. Going to bed with excitement to spend home another weekend because I look too scary and Halloween is already over. What a bummer.
