Go to the billings location the staff there is a lot nicer and helpful! St laurent location has stuck up workers that wont allow you to compare different items at same time neither do they suggest or help in anyway shape or form. In conclusion all the charm stores carry exact same stuff so go to billings and get greeted with a smile and lots of help or go to st laurent and deal with rude sales people.

Holy attitude. If you call for information, get ready for it, its like youre troubling them. Very rude and condescending. I know its COVID and all but WE have purchased A LOT of jewelry at this store and its the last time I will spend money there. Too bad we dont have her name as it would be shared here. Would be happy to share with the store owner the time and date we called. Not acceptable.
Today is the 18th of August 2020 I was at this location with my girlfriend and my baby at 5:50pm to look for an engagement ring.There were 3 women working here at this time . The one who served us was very rude, cold and condescending. I honestly dont believe she should be working at a job she clearly doesnt like. I mean asking if the Diamond which youd like to buy is cruelty free is still a legitimate question right?
PLEASE DO NOT take your jewellery here for repair!!! I took my wedding set here to have 3 of my 5 clasps repaired on my 5- diamond marquis ring. They ruined my ring. It was an absolute terrible job. Every claps was a different size and height, they were all different shapes and had different amounts of globed-on gold. I do not understand how it could ever get past any goldsmiths quality control. They could not deny that it was terrible and offered a full refund and to have it fixed properly by a different goldsmith. I figured that I would allow them the opportunity to make this right and thought that if anything, my ring would receive more attention to detail after the initial fiasco. Wrong. My ring came back from the second goldsmith with all five of the clasps now replaced and COMPLETELY different from the original clasps! It doesnt even look like the same ring! In addition, one clasp sits up higher and sticks out farther than the rest. They offered to send it back again and I declined. Now I am searching for a quality jeweler that can repair my ring properly and restore it to its original beauty. I emailed Charm Diamond with my story and have not received any response.

Spent a few hours overall looking at, revising, and comparing diamonds. At the end, picked one from this location, the salesperson was very helpful and patient, and went out of his way to find and get me a good diamond fitting my budget, and he price matched it with another store. Very helpful and recommend the great service I received!
Bought several pieces at charms. Never had any problems with them and Ive always been happy with the service at this particular location. They are not sleezy like at other jewelry stores. I cant stand being told that a piece of jewelry is an investment. Pretty sure Ive never seen anyone sell jewelry years after buying it and making a profit. The clerks at charms are part of the same corrupt industry but they at least have the decency to not insult my intelligence by proliferating De Beers and or other companys garbage propaganda.
Had an experience today to do with a problem piece of jewellery.Dealt with the store manager Jacob.While I was describing my issue I was immediately irritated when he intimidated that I was not beingtruthful with the series of events. It went downhill from there....He did agree to have my bracelet repaired,but by then he had displayed such a total lack of customer service and concern that I took my bracelet and will have repaired at my cost but with someone I have complete confidence in.Charm had already been in my bad books with two faulty bracelets in a very short time.However,problems can be worked through and solutions found if the sales people have the necessary skillsto deal with their clients.
Very poor customer service a ring was bought at st laurent shopping for gift for me the lady working handed me the ring in my hand didnt give me a box bag nothing i asked her for a bag or something to carry it in another lady employed asked why are you giving a box or bag I told her the ring was bought there

I took Three pieces to repair and one of them missing a piece and they are not doing any thing about it and made me very mad . I learn my lesson do not trust this people and if you HAVE to go there make sure take a picture of your gold before you leave their store .Customer service I give them a big 0
They told me that I really looked as if I wanted to be there. So we left.
