These people are there to rip the customer off. They wouldn’t even let you know about the problem and the estimated cost of repair. I dropped off my car and next thing is they call me and say the car is fixed and it will cost me 500 bucks. They don’t bother to ask you if you want it fixed or not. I was warned. They did same thing to my cousin too. I should’ve listened. I strongly recommend to avoid this place.

This place sucks. They wanted $900 to move an empty 20ft shipping container 5 miles. I called a local competitor and got it done for $260. I will definitely never use them.

I took my car to global for front brake pads and the same day the back brakes started grinding. When I took it back they said I needed rear brake pads. I didn’t accuse them but it seems strange that the rear pads went bad the same day they fixed the front!

I was quoted $750 to replace a water pump, not including an issue with the power steering. It sounds outrageous and is almost making me want to give up on my van entirely. I paid 1500 for the van itself.The water pump has indeed finally failed, so Im going to give these guys a second chance now that I can just barely afford the repair....
